Bread service, fresh pastas and dessert were incredible! The spaghetti sounds simple but itâs one of the best pastas I have ever eaten thanks to the Conant family recipe for the sauce. The frittura (fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini) had a nice batter on it but the calamari was chewy and they only gave us one shrimp so that was a bummer. Scallops were delicious also. Our server Brittany was very nice and made us feel comfortable, though we would have liked a little bit more explanation behind the menu without having to ask. I would go back again!

I've wanted to try Scarpetta for a long time. Coming from Chicago, it's always been something I'd have to seek out on vacation. When my wife and I decided to come to Miami, I knew I needed to finally book this reservation. The restaurant is beautiful, and if you can, get a table out overlooking the ocean. The service was great. The on site sommelier really nailed our wine pairing for the evening and our server was quick to take care of us. We started with a special burrata, which was outstanding. Our mains were the spaghetti and buccatini with pork and beef rib ragu. I've been reading about this spaghetti for some time and it did not disappoint. The tomato sauce was incredible. Fresh parmesan sprinkled on top elevated it even further. The buccatini was also great. Both pasta dishes clearly contained house made pasta and extremely fresh ingredients. Superb experience. Highly recommended.
Iâve been wanting to go to this place for 5 years. It did not disappoint. The best spaghetti Iâve ever had in my life. The auger Gil was fantastic and knowledgeable. View of the beach and pool is heavenly. Canât wait to go again!
