Zero customer service!Ordered 2 white pizzas without tomato sauce due to food allergies at 6:30 pm , 40 min latter received 2 pizzas with tomato sauce.Big concerns for someone who specifically asked for no tomato’s!Called restaurant and stayed on the phone for 30 min listening to the music.Then called driver, who was kind to talk to restaurant’s employees and said that will deliver right pizzas in 1 h. 40 min latter called restaurant again to get an update on the order, again listening to the music for 15 min, then they said that will take one more hour!Really, ordering pizza at 6:30pm, and expecting right pizza by 10 pm !
Absolutely do not order for delivery here. Never received my food and the store refuses to answer the phone - called about 20 times in total with no answer.
They don't answer calls, I've called 7 times today and the only time they answered they put me on hold for about 30 minutes until I hung up. They're slow and rude.
Worse placed They closed the door on our face 2 hrs before closing I asked for management and there was a lady who refuse to give out her name and kick everyone out the local. After I have placed my order and I was just picking up
Worst customer service! I asked fir well dine pizza and it wasn’t even done at all, just wet dough .. I called and they didn’t ask me til hold, just put me on hold and left me for over 11 minutes before I hung up. I would have just put it in the oven but I was studying in a hotel. TERRIBLE!!!! I called back and I guess they can see your number so they put me right on hold again over 9 minutes before I hung up.
I ordered a extra large pizza and they sent me a large pizza. The price for the amount of food you get is a joke, never agan!
I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from this hole in the wall. They gave me the wrong pizza. Not even close to what I ordered. It seems everybody has gotten the wrong order leaves me to believe you ppl can’t READ nor SEE! Done messed up my night fool.
papa johns store in miami beach becomes the worst store in miami when this ugly and rude woman with red hair works who pretends to be the manager, treats customers and drivers badly, I don't understand why she keeps working there, they should kick her out right away ???
I just placed an order online I asked for extra cheese two times and they sent me a regular pizza their management is garbage they do not pay attention on orders worst pizza in the world total garbage it would be a shame of them selves to call it New York style or. If you call that with extra cheese two times management is terrible the manager can’t even make a decent pie
Placed an order through their app 3 hours in advance of when I wanted it delivered. Never received it. Tried to call the store multiple times, but no one will answer the phone. Online chat only goes to corporate, so they can't help. I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card because I can't get through to anyone.
