Delicious pizza. We liked it so much we came back twice during the week. We never waited more than 15 mins.
I wish I could give 0 to all papa John pizza locations extremely bad bad bad costumer service very rude disgusting disrespectful people working there including mangers employers I try to order pizza over the phone yesterday someone speak to me he claims that he can’t hear me then manager speak to me I told him I want to order a large pizza he make me wait over the phone 35 minutes then I call back they put on through the hold without someone speak to me what kind of costumer service is that please papa John corporate you’re people manager and employees don’t work at all they don’t have such any of good costumer service at all i will never ever order from papa John at all
Worst service ever. I ordered a pizza and it say it was going to take 79 to 89 minutes to be delivered. It took 2 hours and 36 minutes to get here. That is unacceptable.
Make sure you check your order before leaving this location or the delivery driver leaves. This location will consistenly mess up ingredients and will often times rush and order for a pizza that is increadibly subpar.
This was the worst experience with food delivery service I've ever had. I placed an order to be delivered to a hotel I was staying at and their tracker stated delivered, when I went to front desk lobby my food wasn't there. I assumed another guest took the food when I had hotel management check the cameras Papa John's never entered the building. I called them they stated to wait 20 minutes it was a glitch with their system. I waited nothing. I called after 45 minutes please note, this is now 3 hours after i placed my order. I called the following day to get my money refunded they stated they canceled the order. However, my card was still charged. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Extremely disappointed.
The worst papa John's pizza, very un organized, workers arguing with each other it took 45 minutes to get a medium pizza, 6 hot wings, the wings were almost Raw pizza was ok. My main concern was cleanliness , no one were washing hands, driver's coming in from deliveries and just grabbing pizza dough, no gloves this was hard to watch, no one was friendly, all frustrated, I personally will never eat there again. My food is still in the box this morning, Thanks Papa John for taking my vacation time , and money.
About a week ago I ordered an X-Large pizza off of doordash and I was eating my second slice of pizza. I bit into something extremely hard and sharp. It was a peice of rusted metal I’m guessing because I have no idea what it could be just it cut my mouth open. All they did was give me a promotional code for a smaller free pizza not even the size I ordered. Never even called me after calling corporate twice!
This is my favorite location super professional staff Manny is awesome definitely a 5 star location even the delivery drivers are always on time and food is always hot
I be order several times and was disappointed every time will not never order from them again
