Orilla used to be our favorite go to restaurant however on 2 recent consecutive visits our view of this restaurant has changed. First occasion, the whole Branzino was ordered - we were told it would be filleted at the table…it was butchered at the table, the server had no idea how to fillet/debone a whole fish. It was extremely difficult to eat as the fish was full of small bones. Second occasion, the Chilean sea bass was ordered, we specifically asked for the fish to be cooked through. The sea bass arrived and it was a thick piece of fish, when the fish was cut into the inside was raw and cold, the plate was taken to a server who we observed took the fish to the chef. We saw the chef stick his finger into the fish and uttered a few words. Approximately 10 minutes later the fish was returned to the table, the outside of the fish was brown and crisp. No hot vegetables were offered so the fish was eaten with the cold vegetables that arrived at the table 15 minutes earlier. This restaurant used to be excellent, sticking a finger into a piece of fish is unacceptable, purposely overcooking the fish because of a polite request to cook it a little more is unacceptable, not offering another side of hot fresh potatoes/vegetables is also poor service. No apology was received, we felt that we were totally in the wrong as we had asked the sea bass to be cooked a little more. We will never have to make this request at Orilla again.
Great space, good service. Food was really good. Only inconvenient for me was the high level of the music played by a dj.
Such a great experience! We had the beef empanadas and tuna tartare as starters followed by the 14 oz NY steak. Everything tasted sooo good and the meat was perfect. Excellent wine and top level service.
It was so hot in there. We had to get out as soon as possible because it felt like we were melting.
Food was good. It was our first time and our server was amazing, very attentive and all her suggestions were spot on. We had a lovely time
Steak is exceptional! The best ribeye we have had in the US.
Very nice place, great food and service! The restaurant is half indoors and half outdoors and we felt no AC so it was very uncomfortable to eat while we were sweating the whole time. Other than that great food and would recommend!

Let me start with we loved the ambiance, such a beautiful place! As locals weâve been wanting to try this place for a long time. The service was great but unfortunately the food was not good at all. Every dish we ordered was not seasoned at all and wasnât even just okay. Super disappointed because before we got our food I was telling my husband this is my new favorite restaurant! We wonât be back.
