The service was great ! Nice place to chill with family and friends. The food was very delicious. I really enjoy their chicken quesadillas. Only problem I had was they don’t split checks.
The service was very unpleasant. The waiter never came back to check in after seating us. Our food was tossed on the table when it was brought to us. It took over an hour to get the check. Unfortunately the food was not very good either. It was very overpriced for what they gave.

Service starts out good. Hostess greets you with a smile, takes you to your table and informs waiter that you are seated. Waiter takes 20 mins to take our order. Ordered our drinks, 15 mins to receive them. Ordered our food, 45 mins to be served.Complained about delay, got an attitude from waiter, he said "wait for the food or leave". I requested the bill for the two drinks (couldn't walk away because they had my credit card), waiter returns with the food (no bill) and proceeds to tell me, he made the kitchen rush my food and I don't need to thank him.......seriously!!I brush the attitude off (hungry) and proceed to eat the paella for two ($150.00). Lobster was over cooked felt like chewing a rubber band, rice was hot on the outside but very watery in the center, seemed like the paella was pre-made and reheated.Total for poor service (waiter) and bad food $221.55.20% service charge is automatically charged on the bill. Hopefully, you have a better experience but be warned: GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Myself and my partner attended this establishment for an evening meal. Neither of us drink alcohol and we where only presented with an alcoholic drinks menu so we decided to order glasses of water. For 2 bottles of water we where charged $24. $12 per bottle of water is an absolute outrage. We were only informed of the price when we asked for the cheque. I expressed my unhappiness to the waiter who done his best to get it taken off the bill but management shrugged it off in an aloof and ignorant manner and demanded we pay the full price. Another outrage in this place is that there is an automatic 20% service charge added to your bill that once again is only mentioned when you receive the cheque. This place is a total outrage and a disgrace and if I could give it minus stars I absolutely would. Disgraceful management who have no regard for customers. STAY AWAY GO ELSEWHERE!!!
They serve drinks in plastic glass. A Virgin Pina colada costs 18 bucks and us full of ice. The music is not great and the place doesn't have good vibes
Overpriced for average food. Got the lobster tail which was stuck to the shell I kept chewing pieces by accident. The mashed potatoes and veggies were bland. Quick service and a friendly waiter but the food was so-so. Especially when the plate is $60!!!!
My family and I just returned from this hotel today and I will say "NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN!" This was purchased through Delta Vacations and it was an extreme disappointment. When someone MAKES IT A POINT to write a bad review the same day they check out - believe it. Check-in - what probably should take 15-20mins tops, was an HOUR. There was only one person at the desk. The "express" check-in was useless and all the paperwork you sign is in Spanish. And you will receive the sales pitch of upgrading to Privilege or buying a membership while you wait to check in. Scenery - pretty but the stench of the seaweed is undesirable. The hotel may be at the mercy of the seasonal stench but it was unappetizing. There are three pools and good luck getting any chairs or cabanas unless you wake up at 4am and run out there to beat the crowd. There were towels on cabanas and pool chairs for hours without occupancy. Not sure what's up with all the cats however, just be careful where you step. The Room - after FINALLY getting to the room - which we requested one king but the front desk initially refused to give us - we were greeted with the scent of mold/mildew. The tile grout on the floor was black while the same tile grout on the wall was beige. This was not a decor choice but rather lack of bleach. If you're on a floor other than the main level, good luck with finding a working elevator. Entertainment - ahhh, none. If there was, you didn't know about it until you went to dinner. The same way the hotel can continously advertise upgrading your experience to "Privilege" it can list the daily/weekly activities. Ahh the food - mediocre AT BEST! Buffets were horrible. Long lines for crepes or omelets since there was only one chef manning that station. Also, the restaurants that required reservations were not better. You will be asked to leave a review of the restaurant (while you're trying to enjoy the very limited menu) and the staff will ask you "Why you not give 5 star?" The food at Route 66 will leave you with VERY unpleasant memories of constantly running to the bathroom 4 hours after digestion. And apparently the AC does not work in the buffet restaurants. You will be sweating and eating. There were nothing but lies since we got there. Reservations are required BUT really not. There is express check in and check out - nope. We were told we could check out the night before and drop the keys the next morning - no. If you check out the night before you must leave the room. There was conflicting information regarding the covid tests, when they could be scheduled and what times were offered. It's very doubtful that even your covid tester would show up or be on time. Save yourself the headache and check with your airline as there are test locations at the airport for less than half of what is offered at the hotel. Don't trust ANY times given to you by TraficTours who also pushed those Delta Vacations excursions. You WILL NOT get back to your hotel by 730pm. Tell tell that to ALL GUESTS OF ALL THE HOTELS. Your bus will be late. NO ONE communicates with the other person so it's once they get your money they are out. And yes, that was very surprising of this Delta Vacation. In the end I will NEVER book an H10 hotel again.
Worst experience ever, expedite service, the waiter asked us twice to move to another table during the course because not able to manage big party. Good is just as expected tourist place worst food and expensive. I live in Miami I was expecting this kind of service but not that worst. The only good thing is definitely the terrasse.
The food was great and the service was good. The only issue we had was hair in the kid drink.
