Wow!! Such an amazing experience! the photos do not do the experience justice. The secret entrance (pickup your password at the poke shop, go though the unmarked gate and down the walkway and you will come upon the red door). Joe is a true "front of house" owner, welcoming and engaging (and entertaining) but the food...just look at all the picture posts; they speak for themselves and Nossa - will be back again for sure. ??????????
Nossa Omakase delivers on all fronts, creating a sense of wonder and excitement through a series of imaginative courses served in a dramatic yet intimate environment. It’s best to go in without any pre-conceived notions and let the experience unfold. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you don’t like food or fun or love or mystery.
This is NOT omakase. At All. It's just a fun course meal. The experience I'd say is cool. It's very much of speakeasy and ironchef infused. I am giving one star because the food was SO disappointing. There were many great ingredients but I feel like the chef did not know how to cook. They kept serving us the similar flavor profile again, again and again. Lots of caviar and truffle. Those are both great but it's not something I want in every single dish. Also I'd love to have had a piece of a great raw fish but they either torched everything or put caviar on top of everything...It's definitely NOT worth the money. If you want a great course meal experience, I recommend STUBBORN SEED. A thousand times better.
If you have appreciation for coolinary craftsmenship done with passion, and want a unique experience, go to Nossa Omakase. This gem is worthy of Michelin stars (note the plural). Subtle and intimate ambient. It was one of those nights I will remember for a very, very long time.Thank you chef & the team - you were amazing! We will be back when in Miami.
Sadly, overall not worth it. Lovely ambiance, amazing entrance, good quality and and great showmanship. But the food wasn’t worth it. My oyster was half frozen, salmon cuts were a bit sad, and most of everything was covered in truffle and caviar (which I LOVE, but was over used). I’ve been to many omakases around the world, and this felt like a bit disrespectful to the tradition.Update: to the owner, thank you for your reply. I’ve been to non-traditional omakases as well, and I appreciate how the tradition has opened its wings of influence. It’s not about that. Thanks again.
unbelievable experience. this is definitely a must go to in Miami if you are craving a high quality, sexy sushi experience. The chefs are beyond knowledgeable and prepared a lavish experience for us. I will never forget this meal. 10000/10

One of the best omakase experiences my wife and I have had anywhere, and we love our omakase! Definitely worth a visit particularly if you have something to celebrate!the entire team is extremely hospitable, passionate and really good at what they do.
