I like this new location a lot more than when it was at the west end of the street. Even though it is smaller it feels a lot brighter and neater. Today I was helped by Regina who was very knowledgeable, helped me get everything I needed and also suggested some new flavors, varieties and ways to prepare iced coffee; and last but not least, reminded me that my machine is due for descaling. Like other reviewers have mentioned, you can easily get your pods online, but coming to the store never disappoints.

Did not feel welcome. Very rude staff, especially the women with yellow glasses. No smile, not giving any coffee recommendation… at this point we could have ordered online and have better service.

Interesting little place, espresso ok a bit sour, HK waffles ok...need more taro and even filling in each of the waffle bubbles. Place needs dusting great decor but dusty. Fish tank needs cleaning. Great service from the two girls (Baristas). Quiet place to take a first date if you need a meet up location! Boba a bit hard needs to be cooked or simmered longer. Try cooking for one hour and then simmer in warmer for one hour.

Unfriendly staff. Did not feel welcomed when stepped into the store. I decided to buy coffee elsewhere even though I have been a client for 8 years.

Super friendly staff explained how the Nespresso machine worked. Much creamier than Keurig. They brewed me a cup on the spot to taste!

Stopped by bc I was in the area and Immediately was greeted by the nicest employee I’ve ever met. Isis was so kind and helpful. She got me some free samples for my new nespresso machine plus let me and my friends try some seasonal pods, which were great. So attentive that I can honestly say that I enjoyed buying some products there just bc of her. Will def come back. The store is super clean and smells delicious.

I was on vacation in Miami Beach and I ordered an espresso machine from the store on Lincoln Avenue. Unfortunately they charge my card but they did not give me any tracking number as to when I would get or how I would get the coffee maker. I called the 305 phone number and nobody picks up the phone and I still don’t have my coffee maker but my credit card has been charged. I just don’t understand I called the 800 number and they were supposed to call me back and I never got a call back. I hope I get my coffee maker

I love Nespresso for so many years but what I love the most is the way I’m being greeted at the boutique by Fran.She’s always smiling and making me feel so special.Thank you Fran! Even though it’s easier for me to purchase the capsules through Amazon I prefer to drive to the boutique since the experience with you is unexceptional.Cheers! Asonte ❤️

My first time visiting this store with my mom we walked in and we were completely ignored no one greeted us. There was a guy Fabio I think was his name putting some stuff away and since it was almost closing time I thought he would finish putting stuff away and then help us, a lady walks through the door and he immediately greeted her and helped her. My mom and I were in shock. He did this with another customer that walked in after us as well we felt so disrespected and unwelcome. Thankfully the lady that helped us at the end was very nice, patient and caring she’s the reason why I gave it 4 stars if you ever come here ask for Dabra she will make sure you are welcomed.
