I came to the Cabana club and had such a blast with my boys. Nicole, Julian and Franciscan were so awesome and helpful. Service was great here.
it was nice. the portions were a little small for the price. the calamari was over fried. we had trouble tracking down the waiter every time we needed assistance and they automatically tacked on a 20% service charge - the service was not worth 20%. the ambiance was great though.
Great poolside dining that was somewhat interrupted by some kids running around our table constantly. But food and service were on point!

I was here 5 years ago and it was great this time around the ambience, service, and food was horrible! The service was the worst. No one speaks english and if they try its not understandable. The ambience was lame no one came to check up on us. I was so hyped to take my friend but in the end I was so embarrassed. Miami is def a third world country. I didn't feel like I was in the US with no one understanding English especially in this spot.
My husband and I had the breakfast buffet and it was really average, like not worth what we paid and there was a salad bar area and there were nats surrounding the salad, it almost made me lose my appetite.The service was also slow, no one was rude but everyone seemed to busy to acknowledge our prescence and indifferent to us. Everytime I tried to order coffee the hostess would just be like "let me get your server" okay but 20mins went by and there was no server, I just wanted coffee and we were going to be self-serving anyways lol granted we came here during spring break so they could have been short staffed. But it left a bad taste in our mouths. 75$ for a two breakfast buffets that were average and bad service.Rather have paid $100 for better food and service.Literally just gave it 2 stars cause my husband and I did eat. But if you come here for breakfast don't do the buffet. Can't speak on anything else.

Had conch fritters and fish tacos that left me ill 30 minutes after consuming. Two stars because wait staff was very kind and atmosphere is stunning.
