Our server was Clarisa was amazing ?? Very attentive, very friendly, and may I add beautiful ? we got the strawberry and passion fruit frozen margaritas and they were delicious. We ordered the nachos, and it came with black beans, sour cream,tomatoes, onions, and shredded chicken. It was awesome. We also ordered the shredded chicken tacos and pulled pork sausage, omg it was packed with so much flavor and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be coming back.

Stopped by Matildas’ while on a long weekend trip with friends.I had one of the best al pastor tacos ever. Loved all the fresh pineapple and salsa topping the al pastor - it added a lot of variety not only in taste but also texture, highly recommend. Honorable mention: the chips and queso.The location is also super chill and great for either before or after a day on the beach.
The appetizer course and main course came out at the same time causing some meals to get cold. One entree was served in a paper to-go container which made it awkward to consume at a dinner tables The torta had way too much sprinkled cheese and it overwhelmed the other ingredients. Save for the guacamole the food lacked flavor. The pitcher of sangria was generous and very good and made up for the poor food quality.

Decent lunch on South Beach - they are quick to seat you but take a long while to get your order. But the food comes very quickly and is pretty good. We got some fish tacos and guac/chips. They were overall pretty good (not the most amazing tacos we've had but not bad).
A great fam spot for tacos in south beach! Super friendly staff, and tasty tacos. The shrimp taco was our clear favourite, the fish taco was ok too. They have a wonderfully kept patio with attention to detail, and a little nook on the inside as well. The food is prepared fresh so it takes a bit of time, but very tasty.
Matilda's was an awesome find after a very disappointing meal at another restaurant in the area. They made the tacos quickly and they tasted amazing!! I had three tacos and some chips with salsa. Everything was delicious. Nice outside seating area and friendly staff
