This is an excellent restaurant with top rate service. The dishes were inventive and tasty, and the wine recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend this one. Many selection for a vegetarian, although it was difficult to find selections without cheese for a vegan.

Machialina does pasta with care, each dish is well presented simple things like Spagheti Pomodoro or Tagliolini with Morels become special here. Antipasti and Salumi a good way to start and those very addictive Gnocco Frito bread. Take your family and friends and enjoy.

I had really great experience here! Take a table outside and you’ll be in nice green yard. Food is amazing! Polenta is must have. Try ravioli, they are really special, the taste is open with every bite and combination of flavors is incredible. For dessert I highly recommend tiramisu. You’ll never guess what is on the top, and I won’t tell you, you should try it, it will be a great surprise. One of the best Italian places in Miami!

The food is absolutely delicious, with pasta and a veal Milanese is good as you would find in a excellent Italian restaurant. The only negative is the menu is limited and difficult for on street parking. There is a garage two blocks away. We shall return soon and that is my highest compliment to a restaurant.

Check out this Chef’s Tasting menu paired with wine at Macchialina, the rustic neighborhood restaurant you’d expect to stumble into walking the city streets of New York. Our adventure…First course was Broccolini al Cesare - the taste + texture of this dish was perfect. Subtle hints of garlic with Parmigiano cheese.2nd course - Creamy Polenta - the best interpretation of a wild mushroom ragu enhances by the charred scallions.Third course was Chef Michael Pirolo’s pasta trio -my favorite dish - featuring• Cavatelli Macchialina - baby meatballs, porchetta & pecorino• Maccheroni all’ Avellino Fiano - shallots & pecorino stagionato• Ravioli di Ortiche - spring nettles, perfect asparagus mixed with wild onion.Fourth course was a rustic Veal Milanese rounded out the savory side of our tasting, just like my grandma made it.Lastly, the dessert was divine. Espresso flavored shaved ice topped the unique #tiramisu paired with a Chiot Montamaro.

Holy cow this place is amazing. Every appetizer was solid. The pastas were some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff super attentive. Amazing.

WOW!!! Best Italian Restaurant on the beach. We are Miami Beach locals for the past 8 years and cannot believe we have just now found this delicious little gem. Forget the big names like Carbones and Prime Italian. If you want authentic delicious Italian cooking with a nice warm ambiance this is the place to visit. The waitress was excellent and overall service from the entire staff spectacular!!! Our new favorite spot. Try the Cavatelli, Maccheroni, and Veal Parmigiana. The Tiramisu is to die for. COME HUNGRY!!

My wife and I came for an early dinner on a weekday. Still, the place got busy quickly. Inside and outside dining available. Parking is a problem. We got an on-street meter spot two blocks away. I ordered spaghetti with sea food. My wife got lasagna. There's an extensive wine and spirit list. We drank half a bottle of red wine from Italy. It was a barolo. It went well with our delicious food. Colorful, cozy dining area. Professional service.
