Amazing service, and excellent management by Tony. The staff was very friendly and attentive, gave us great tips for restaurants around as well. I strongly recommend booking a staycation for the people who love to come to the beach as well as tourists looking for a chill day with an very good service food and drinks
My friends and I had an amazing time at the hotel!! Toni and Marcel took great care of us at the beach. The service is impeccable and the beach is beautiful! We rented the cabana for the day and loved it. Every staff member I encountered, were delightful and eager to help! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting South Beach.
This was the best trip ever. Thr hotel was amazing and the staff was top notch. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thr pool was awesome and the beach was a short walk. We will be back every year. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We stayed at Loews Miami end of Sept for a long weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With rental car and parking prices sky high, we wanted a location that had beach, pool, places to walk to that we wouldn't miss having a car on hand. This location was perfect! it was in the art deco district, close walking to shopping at Lincoln Street as well as the boardwalk. There is a avis inside the hotel, so we actually rented a car for one day and drove out to Key West, which was extremely fun. We were on floor 17, great views of the ocean and pool. The hotel bar made fabulous drinks and their staff was attentive, remembering us and our drinks from the night before. The pool staff was great setting us up each morning with our seats. We went to Fountainblue for lunch one day, as that was the other hotel I was considering, but had much more of a party scene. I am glad we picked Loews, and would definitely stay again.
Lowes Miami Beach is a must visit hotel, the location, room, and friendly staff make your visit unforgettable, access to pool and beach is a breeze, the restaurants are conveniently at your doorstep from your room, there's many more restaurants close by if you want to walk around.
Spent almost $4000 on 2 rooms. Both were hot and uncomfortable. Was only given a discount of $200 for the HOT 4 night stay! I am very disappointed in this hotel and will never return to it. I plan to tell everyone I know !
Wonderful experience. My daughter and I stayed in an Ocean View with Balcony room on the 15th floor. The room was very comfortable -- beautiful bathroom. The view was outstanding. We could see the beach and ocean to our left, gorgeous pool deck below, and city skyline to our right. Hotel is very clean. Lobby is gorgeous. Hallways are beautifully appointed. Pool was one of the best features -- large pool, lots of lounge chairs with umbrellas. Staff provide excellent service -- they find lounge chairs for you, cover them with special covers, give you towels, and provide food/beverage service. The food (and cocktails) were delicious. Easy access to a beautiful beach through gates at the back of the pool --- just a few steps. There, you get the same wonderful service -- lounge chair and umbrella are set up for you. Best part of hotel -- LOCATION! Wow! Close to so many wonderful restaurants. One block from Lincoln Road shopping and architecture gazing.
I have stayed at the hotel many times, but not for 10 years. I like the updates, but the attention to detail was horrible. The outside hotel bar floor was in need of cleaning...built up dirt. The sofa cushions were dirty. There were rust marks on the floor from where metal has rested and rusted over time. The glass wall for the restaurant looking over the pool was not cleaned. The small tables by the lounge chairs at the pool were not cleaned daily...built up dirt and ketchup from the previous day's guests. My room was not made up by 4pm...when I called housekeeping, their response was, "Well, we have until 10pm to make up your room." Unacceptable. Andrew (manager on duty) addressed this and did give a food and beverage credit. However, it was another hour before someone came to make up the room. Every day, maid carts were parked at the end of the hall with no activity for hours...left at 5pm one afternoon and came back at 9:30. It was still there with no activity. Overall, I love the location of the hotel and the pool is amazing. However, with the prices we are paying, I expect the level of attention to detail to be much better. We will not be back. Note...the people who served us were very good. At the pool, Adil and another gentleman (I forgot his name, but he wore white tights and was from Havana, according to his name tag) were outstanding. However, I was very disappointed in the hotel itself.
Access to the beach was key for me! Location, location, location this hotel is centrally located and everyone know where it is! You can partake in the nightlife, or just go for a walk and people watch, swim in the pool or walk just a few steps to the beach!
The only place to stay in Miami!!! The staff is so friendly and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you Shan and Estefania at the desk and to Rebecca at breakfast and Tony on the beach! all these individuals really helped make our stay one we will never forget. After a long hard year this was a much needed break and at no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms are great, the amenities are so convenient. So centrally located, you never have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to! Thank you Loews!!
