Once again, La Leggenda nails it! I grew up in an Italian family and I never thought anything could compare to my mother's or grandmother's cooking. But this place is off the chart! Their pasta dishes are phenomenal, they use authentic Italian ingredients, and Giovanni is the master of the wood fired oven. His pizzas are sublime. If you're ever in Miami Beach, don't hesitate to try the place out!!
The Chianti we got was so smooth and good, we tried eggplant parmesan and pistachio pizza it was all delicious and tasty, I really appreciate everybody’s hard work and specially thanks for Gianluca for helping my first anniversary special.
Absolutely a MUST in Miami beach. This is a legit napolitan place in Miami, once you cross the doors you feel like you are in Napes itself, as everybody working there is Italian, the pizza was absolutely delicious, just as the ones you'd find in Naples (I've been there).Everybody working there were absolutely wonderful and great. 10/10 recommend.
I was in Naples, Italy LAST WEEK and had fun exploring the cuisine. It is amazing. So, when I stumbled upon this restaurant while in Miami this week - I had to check it out. To my great surprise, it was JUST LIKE the food/wine/menu in Naples! The Pizza was the legit real deal, folks! The staff were Italian, the wine was good. It brought back recent but fantastic memories and I will come back to this restaurant again and again. Looking for the real deal? THIS IS IT. Management: please add limoncello spritz's to the menu! Tried to order take out from here and they refused to let us order gluten free pizza even though it’s on the menu. Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful
The staff and atmosphere is wonderful. Pizza is definitely authentic and delicious, definitely worth the visit.
If there’s a line, WAIT! We asked a Lyft driver where the locals go for MANY things. As pizza lovers, we asked what’s the best pizza in town and he told us about La Leggenda and I’m so thankful for the suggestion! I want to come back all 4 days of our vacation!
Easily the best gluten free pizza I’ve had anywhere. Had forgotten what a pizza is supposed to taste like - no frozen cardboard base here, dough is freshly made and awesome. Welcoming place great atmosphere!
