Location, amenities, decor, vibe, etc 10/10.Hotel room bathrooms are just average, nothing special there, and overall show their age. However, the rest of the hotel, for the price is 10/10!Eduardo at the front desk made everything 11/10! He was awesome for customer service and was able to address anything we brought to him, and it was so refreshing. For right around $200.00 a night, this hotel is a wonderful value given the cost of most other equivalent hotels on SOBE.

My husband and I visited Miami and stayed at the Kimpton Angler's Hotel. I read so many reviews and did my research before booking the hotel but I am shocked this hotel does not have more positive reviews. As soon as you walk into the hotel the experience is amazing! Every single person at front desk is so kind and pleasant. The hotel lobby smells amazing and when you check in they greet you with mini bottles of complimentary champagne. Our room was not in the "main" building but at the attached one (once you take the elevator you go through doors to a second building) at first we were worried because we had no clue there was an attached building but as soon as we walked into our room we were pleasantly surprised with the suit style set up. The main floor was separate from the bedroom which was up some stairs, which we loved! Secondly the hotel offers free sangria and wine everyday for happy hour in the hotel lobby, which was also a nice touch. The pool was great, we had no issues with having our rooms cleaned or towels replaced. (was worried about this when I read other peoples comments but we had zero issues with that). Also the location is perfect it's seconds away from Ocean Drive and the beach. There is a 24H CVS close by and a target 15 min walk away. Overall we were really happy with the service and our overall stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed in a studio suite and the location was perfect for our family. We were able to just walk out of the gate and into the mermaid pool. We liked the mermaid pool, even though it’s the smaller pool, it’s a tad bit deeper than the roof top pool. It’s also MUCH cleaner. We stayed Mon-Thurs and by Wednesday morning the rooftop pool was murky, had floating paper pieces (?) and had chunks of hair floating throughout the pool. After the third time of my son surfacing from under the water with hair in his hands on face, I was thoroughly disgusted so we kept to the mermaid pool. I have photos that I took of my son from underwater and all you can see is floating paper material. We are dog owners, and we love that this hotel is pet friendly, but here in Las Vegas, it’s against health codes to have dogs on a pool deck and/or sharing water in a public pool. I was a little surprised when a husky joined in on a morning swim on the roof top pool and the staff said nothing. The location of the hotel was also very handy for a quick walk to the warm ocean for a swim. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The bar drinks were yummy and the bartender was very pleasant. It was nice to sit out under the Edison style lights. The drinks were more expensive than Vegas so just be ready to hit their happy hour. The coffee “bar” was set up nicely in the restaurant every morning and if you wanted to help yourself to infused water and lemonade, it was available in the lobby area. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Mr. Wolf Chancy of the accounting team made a bad situation a good one he took the time to correct what others on the management team blew off he got me my refund and kept in contact with me to inform me of the progress thank you sir for your professionalism i hope the Kempton Angler recognizes you and reviews the professionalism of others to shore up where they are falling short

I would stay here again. Chic off the beaten path hotel within a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The hotel was clean & accommodating. The scent in the hotel is fabulous (looking to buy it for my home). Very responsive when extra items were requested. Nice rooftop/courtyard & bar area.

We loved our stay in this hotel. We appreciated that every staff member seemed happy smiling and ready to help us. Edouardo in particular was able to get us into our room early which made our day. The rooftop pool, the happy hour, morning coffee were of a very high standard and our room seemed sound proofed from the excitement on Washington avenue only moments from ocean drive and the beach. Every staff member seemed ready to help with whatever we needed and we look forward to staying here again. Don’t forget the sangria and wine at 5pm.

I came with some friends and we met SABRI, the bartender at Minnow , she was very friendly and very good at preparing drinks ? Thank you so much sabri! We live you so much We will come back soon The place was amazing

We had the pleasure of being served by Edwin. Such a great personality! He was so much fun. He gave us awesome recommendations for places to check out. Drinks were right on point. We returned a second night in hopes of seeing him.

We've just enjoyed a fantastic 4 night stay at The Anglers Miami. Extremely well situated on Washington Avenue, just a 5 minute walk to Ocean Drive. Stayed in a 1 bed suite, beautifully decorated with a very comfortabled bed. All amenities provided including beach bag and towels. Minnow bar is great for happy hour drinks with great service by Sabrina and Edwin, who truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner at Seawells shoukd not be missed. We will definitely be back to this fabulous hotel! 5 stars from me!

Cons: First problem was that we were charced a 500$ (!!) depositum at check in. Thats half our food budget for our holiday. Did not get any information about that in advance. The rooptop pool is dirty, there was garbage like plastc and eyelashes floating at the bottom one day. lots og plastic garbage under the daybeds. The view for the rooftop is amazing so this ruin the impression it a little bit. The rooftop closes at sunset, that’s weird to me as it has a beautiful bar with lightstrings and views. Pros: Big clean room Friendly staff Free sangria and wine between 4-6 pm, free cofee in the morning and water at the pool Food is good The hotel has a cool wibe and pretty greenery outside
