My favorite place to get perfect lunch on the hot weather. Their sandwiches are unbeatable, great reward program through the app, I love any juices with avocado (very satisfying during hot weather, way replace a full meal and stay light)This specific location is much better than the one on the 20th street.Much cleaner and nicer to sit down.The team is very nice and helpful Thank you guys!
The prices at Joe and the Juice are on the expensive side but the service was excellent! I visited the South Beach location and a Barista/Waitress there named Angel was literally an "angel!" Thanks for your excellent recommendations, friendliness and positive energy! Couldn't ask for more genuine people! Thank you!
I went early morning to have a coffee and sandwich. I was surprised towards the of ordering and having everything ready. I went to pay with cash and they informed me that they don’t take cash which is absurd when you have millions of people coming to Miami for vacation and especially out of the country and normally carrying cash around not a credit card. The cashier was also nit very kind when informing of this rule that the shop has. That was not dealt with a nice way. Please don’t go to this store. They wont care about you. Good Evening!
Today, the store stated that all juice machines were broken, at the same time. How does this happen at a juice store?Previous day, juice was available but both bathrooms were broken all day, at the same time...Feeling more like the staff just doesn't want people there rather than the store being entirely broken
This branch should be renamed as Joke and the Juice!Service - laughable and attitude from the dudes behind the counter. It’s as they can’t be bothered to do anything - embarrassing! 15 min wait for a simple juice and 20 min for a sandwich when it was empty!
Great location, coffee, juice & paninis! Conversation with other customers or staff here is always great. If it’s hot though, they have the doors open, no AC, and only a few fans which leaves room for improvement.I tried the açaí bowl this time around and the granola/included nuts were very hard (would be way better with soft granola and removing the nuts next time).Overall a great spot on Collins if you’re at the Loews or nearby hotels!
Terrible customer service -- two days ago, I ordered a small (8 oz latte). I like my lattes tiny with a little bit of milk and a lot of espresso. Somehow, the barista ended up making me a massive 16 oz latte (with a huge amount of milk). When I told her, 'oh no, sorry, I ordered an 8 oz' she rolled her eyes, did not bother to remake it, and poured the large cup of espresso flavoured milk into a small cup. It was disgusting, not what I ordered, and she had a horrible attitude. The line was so long and her attitude was too terrible, I threw it in the garbage and left. P.S. This happened on my birthday. Terrible experience.

Friendly staff, Juice was good, I had the Iron man, except with pineapple as they were out of strawberries?? Still tasty and refreshing. Only 3 star as the place overall needs to be clean, including the bathrooms as they are a disgrace, dirty and, no hand soap. Time to step up the game folks.
