Ordering was a issue here, we ordered 2 beers only got one… ordered 3 rolls of sushi & had one roll with fried chicken we attempted to correct the issue… not even one person wanted to listen to us. At least the rolls that were right they were delicious however the service was terrible.
This place is so amazing! I came here for a date night with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed it very much. The person at the register along with the other workers were very nice and patient. Even though we kept adding things on and I could not decide what I wanted lol definitely worth every penny.
Hey owner!Your cashier don’t pay attention and are lazy and your cooks are disrespectful.How is that about they decide who to serve in the table and who not?I have been going the past two weeks almost every day and twice per day, tipping in all my visits and serve on the table.Last night, one of your cooks decided to leave the tray with the food in the bar and call as I was his dog. Next customer was served on the table.That was insulting.Went I went to complaint after, he came with an attitude saying that there food is not served in the table.Let me say that I’m local and a business owner myself and my business is in this very area.Thar is something I don’t want in my own neighborhood, neither other neighbors.
Been going to this one and the south beach for years. Pretty good neighborhood places. My favorite is the shumai and the dragon rolls.Wish they weren’t so adamant about nickel and diming you if you want a different sauce every single time lol. I prefer teriyaki with my shumai (I don’t like theirs anyway though lol)
Manager was very rude I told him I was allergic to tuna. I Asked for more of the rolls that did not include tuna that is already included in platter. Hi response was “we’re busy so what do you want to do cause we’re not doing that so I’ll just cancel your order ” . Wanted charge me for extra for stuff that was already included in the platter . Just cause I was allergic to something . Like how is that good customer service than cancel my order without my permission.
After 10pm they stop accepting credit/debit card sales, and ONLY accept cash.There is no sign or reason why they do it. I even asked the associate why they can't accept card transactions after 10pm. Her excuse was "uhh well *takes a long pause* cause we can't, we close the registers" I asked why, since they close AT 12AM.She COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONHow does that make any sense?? This sounds like shady business practices
This place should not exist! They have no business in making Ramens. A simple Ramen package from Amazon would have better flavor than the one I had today. I should have read the reviews before going into this place. The bowl also looks nothing like what they are posted on their door. Definitely stay away!
Just to be a great plece for sushi. But know the manager is reducing the size of the rolls to a little more than a quarter.
Friendly Mexican sushi restaurant. If you wanna try new kind of sushi, not so expensive, try this one. Sushi ok, teriyaki bowl ok, not so the ramen.
