Whoa this place did not disappoint!! The cookies are out of this world and perfect in every way! The mini's are just the right size for snacking and the specialty cookies are as big as your hand.... Absolutely satisfied and would recommend to everyone looking for soft, warm, sweet and hit the spot sugar fix! Oh, and the ice cream & cookie butter is phenomenal too!
Cookies are small compared to their franchise standards. I’ve been a huge fan of insomnia for 9 years. I’ve had them in numerous locations and states. They need to have their delux be bigger than their regular size for paying extra. You pay $4 for an extremely small cookie. I also picked the cookies up in the store and they weren’t even warm. Extremely overpriced. I was very disappointed when I got to my car and opened the box.
I placed a order through Grubhub. It was a Birthday surprise for my daughter who was staying in Miami on a conference. Grubhub picked up my order but never delivered.I called the Insomnia restaurant, they stated that Grubhub picked up the order. Order was never delivered.Insomnia restaurant personally delivered my order. They even called me to let me know when they delivered the order successfully.I can’t say enough about the care and exceptional customer service I received from them. I will never order from Grubhub again. I will order directly from the restaurant.Plus the cookies were amazing!

While on vacation we ended up here after seeing someone with box of cookies and the way they where eating them. They did not disappoint!! The staff and owner where all super friendly and joking around with us and the other customer in there, the cookies where warm, soft and just amazing. They where so good we went back and got more to bring to the hotel with us for later!!
I ordered four cookies and paid for them.But when I got home and opened it, there were only three cookiesShe omitted my order
Lovely little shop, good cookies—I especially recommend the vegan birthday cake ones. Awesome and kind staff.
Only giving it two stars because the cookies are good but the customer service on the other hand is TERRIBLE. I walked in and was just stared at by cashier at the front. When I was ready to order she continued to just look at me. No greeting, didn’t ask what I would like to order, not one word the entire time. As if I was talking to a brick wall. Get better employees that actually want to work and not just stand there with a sour look on their face.
Super friendly staff. Delicious cookies. Went twice in two days. Liked the cookies better than the ice cream mix in.
