What an experience! The Best pool party in miami, hands down! Marine was such à sweetheart and super fun, provividing an excellent service.Make sure to go there, ask for her, and definitively try the champagne shower!
BEWARE!! Disgusted with this venue. Myself and two friends bought tickets to see a day show for $100 each! The event was from 12pm to 7pm. When we arrived, we were told that ticketed entry ended at 1pm. This was stated nowhere. Not on any event promotion, not on the site we bought tickets from, not on the ticket terms. When we pressed for answers and kept complaining we were told it was out of their hands and that they were "at capacity". Literally at the exact same moment, someone else in a Hyde Beach shirt pointed out two attractive girls standing by the door and pulled them in. At capacity?! Preferring unpaying freeloaders over ticket holders? Seriously, is this the type of business you want to run? I will never be back, and I will warn everyone I can about this establishment's dishonesty and disrespect.I have been to top tier clubs all around the country, and never been treated with this level of disregard like I was trash. Stay away if you have any dignity or self respect.
Just an absolutely beautiful beach that's not far from paid parking very convenient when I was there it was cool and the sun was out it felt great the beach was clean further down the beach someone was having a party and music was playing and it wasn't very crowded at all. Just lots of beach things going on on the sidewalks people were rollerblading and using all type of motorized recreation vehicles. It was just a great time in that area.
One error after another, here. They charged us an additional $750.00 after the invoice was noted as an Expedia Pre-paid Reservation. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the refund. Not cool.At arrival, the lobby was full; wait time was super long, two elevators were down, chaos here and not worth the headache.

This is supposed to be the premier party spot. The service is pretty good, but they overcharge for what you get. I attended a maxim party here and it was pretty boring. Three of us went swimming in the pool but after about 15 minutes we were told the pool is closed. You're better off spending your money somewhere else like story or 11 or The clevelander.
Greatest weekly pool party on South beach! Always get amazing table service from Ninna or Giselle, always prompt and attentive when I go visit or bring guest from out of town. Always a great high energy feel when im there.
This place is a blast during the day and at night. So fun.
