Its a sad state that we wont get a coffee in the morning by the time i went down at 8:00am coffee table is cleared out. How much will it cost to keep coffee open till 10.00 AM. As a time Share holder of IHG we pay $1000+ for maintenance each year and I would like a coffee in the morning when i stay at one of my preferred hotels. The room KEURIG machine with just running water pours out brown water and even though i called for maintenance no one came to address that. The room phone was not working and still not working on the third day. The sink was clogged and needs to be fixed. The room service crew are however very friendly and helpful when we needed towels .Ice machine on floor nine was not working at all. I had two room booked in this trip. Most Hotels I stayed till today would have a carpet at the door entering the from the pool so people would slip and fall. But sad to say it was written please watch you step as hotel is not responsible if you fall. Housekeeping crew was the best. I would not recommend anyone staying here, and i would like a call back to discuss this. I will be addressing this in the timeshare owners group at my next meeting.
Very pleased with the cleanliness and service, especially with Ms. Stubbs, she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great after our room suffered some unexpected maintenance issues, totally out of their control and she still made sure that our stay was one of the best ones. Ms. Paulina Leon was also great, she is being well trained by Ms. Stubbs! Ms. Leon was very attentive to our family needs especially our kids making sure that everyone was comfortable after the unfortunate mishaps. My family and I will be back for another stay very soon!!! Again much respect to Ms. Stubbs and Ms. Paulina Leon they make an awesome duo!
I always choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on 4333 Collins Ave whenever I visit Miami. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown South Beach but there’s so many options in regards to getting around. There’s a FREE trolley bus that comes right on the corner of the hotel, UBER, cab or public bus for $1.25 per person. I noticed that they’ve renovated since my last visit. They’re still some things that needs to be completed but the resort is very nice. I love this hotel because the staff is always willing to assist you with whatever it is you need. The rooms are clean & the bed sleeps very comfortably. The breakfast is decent and it’s on the beachfront. Special out to: Ms. Chea Stubbs (I apologize if I got the last name wrong) but she always greeted us with kindness and makes sure our travel expectations are met. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel will keep your luggage if you arrive early so that you can enjoy the resort or venture out..We actually was allowed to check-in a little wary because our room was ready!! Totally love this hotel Q. McBeth
Please reward Omar (the bartender at the outside bar)! He made the trip and deserves all things good coming his way. My sister and I stayed here on 7/28 - 7/29/22 and enjoyed our conversation with him very much. Cree at the front desk was also very kind and patient too. Everyone was great, rooms were clean, and I would definitely stay here again!
First arrived at the hotel Thursday night to only find out that we were placed in a handicap accessible room, next issue had noticed throughout the night that the toilet continuously ran all night upon that the next prob was identified as the a/c unit leaking water…. Finally awake Friday morning with minimal sleep to visit the front desk and have the issue resolved in which I thought, being greeted by the front desk clerk was not pleasant at all but then a ray of sunlight appeared which was the manager on duty Mrs Stubbs. She along with Ms. Paulina very quickly identified the problem and resolved all issues in a matter of a few minutes. If it wasn’t for these two we would have removed ourselves from the property and would have checked in to another hotel. Great training from Mrs Stubbs to Ms Paulina these two reacted very quickly and helped with all accommodations for my family and myself, I’m going to graciously give this stay an “A+“, Thanks again Ms Paulina and Mrs Stubbs you guys rock!!!!!!
The rooms, the amenities were great and the people were were very welcoming and helpful. The reataurent in the hotel has excellent food and the location is also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planing to stay in Miami
Best hotel in Miami Beach! Wonderful staff, very helping, nice facility. The beach is right in the backyard all you do is walk out the gate and it’s straight ahead! We had a wonderful view of the beach from our hotel room. The ocean was very beautiful. Had my order delivered to the front desk by Grubhub. Very professional love everything about it the food, hospitality, and everything! I give my best 5 ⭐️ Rating! ??
The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Kaira from the restaurant was delightful, sweet and eager to help. Will recommend to my colleagues! thank you so much!!
Well inread all the reviews, good and bad, but they seemed to say the beach location was great and that was all I cared about. So, check in was smooth and easy and fast. Anise at the front desk was so nice to get me a room earlier then 4pm. Room was clean, and comfortable. Air and shower worked great! Water bottles were supplied daily for free. Parking was a little high, but the parking staff were always fast getting my car. The Cafe inside the hotel had great food. The breakfast buffet was better then most Holiday Inns I have stayed at. I plan on coming back again!
This place was the worst. They elevators and hallways smelled like smoke. Worst of all, they sneak a mandatory $30 resort fee onto your credit card without your knowledge. I only found out upon check out because I asked for a print receipt. There is nothing resort like about this place. Their pool is cold and awful. Their beach is unkept. You’re better off with Airbnb.
