You will be so surprised by the whole experience at Hakkasan Miami. The servers are first-class and fun, the food is delicious, you will be in delight with the hot and sour soup as a starter. The pepper steak is amazing and the shrimp fried rice is unique. The wine list is international, a global connection via wine. When in Miami, you must be at the Fontainebleau for the decor, the modernity and excitement. The staff at Hakkasan are very nice. I really enjoyed meeting Elodie and Marcello. If you like spicy, Marcello knows how to make a beautiful spicy sauce that will compliment your dish. Enjoy your time in Miami.
We had a great dinner here on a Thursday night-the food and service were on point. We had the chicken foie gras dumplings, duck spring rolls and tea smoked short ribs for apps, the dim sum platter and chicken clay hot pot for entrees and got a special dessert of coconut ice cream and mango custard for our anniversary celebration! Everything was delicious and it was a lot of food. The ambience is so sexy and the chill music was perfect. Shout out to our server Elodie who made the night special-she was so attentive and made us feel so welcome.
The food was decent but the service was questionable and really left a sour taste in my mouth. From waiting on my sparkling water to my coffee for the desert, it was a great disappointment. I understand it was a busy night, but I shouldn't be reminding the server multiple times for coffee when the desert is already on the table. the most egregious event of the night occured when the bill came. the restaurant includes a suggested 18% tip. The total was around $504 which included the 18% service fee (we were a table of 3, with tax before service was around $430). I put $500 and the server came back telling it was not enough. His suggestion was that for a high end establishment like Hakkasan, 18% is highly suggested. I'd agree with him if the service was as high end as he claims it to be. This is our second time visiting this restaurant and will definitely not recommend to our friends.
Food and service were ordinary. Everything felt rushed, like they just wanted us to finish up quickly and leave. Food was ordinary, Iâve been to Hakkasan many times before but never been disappointed with the food before. The ambience was the only saving grace. Food menu is very limited for people with shellfish allergies. It also seemed much smaller than earlier, very limited items in the menu.
Beautiful, special, very good taste, the duck for us were the best
Mega lecker ðð sehr zu empfehlen
Tables were sticky ⦠not giving good impression
Despite the waiter being told we were looking for a light meal he kept trying to upcharge us to the most expensive items. The table was not comfortable and the service terrible.
Birthday for my son, staff was super attentive and helpful.
I come here five times a year and it simply took hour and a half to get out of there because our dinner did not come for one hour and the food was so bland and the servers were on two different pages when it came to asking what are the ingredients for each particular food items since one person at the table was purely vegetarian and Others were non-veg. Regardless, we didnât want to complain at restaurant to get anyone in trouble.
