Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the food. Great service.
The restaurant did not open at the time it said it would as the mashchiach was late. The waiter did give us a bottle of water as we waited since we had reservations.Just about everything we ordered they did not have. The food was good but not worth the price.Won’t be going back there .
To say this was THE WORST dining experience I’ve ever had would be an understatement. If you enjoy waiting two hours for even one plate of food, then receiving a disgusting meal complete with undercooked food, the wrong orders, and dealing with a manager that has a walnut sized brain. then this is the place for you!!! There should be a negative rating created especially for this place that was essentially the headquarters of garbage and incompetence
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at grill house. I got my food 2 1/2 hours after our scheduled reservation. Most of the food was burned and inedible. The waitress and manager were extremely rude and not professional. They even mentioned that my friend has PMS for saying that their children need their food as it was already 11pm. Very disgusted and disappointed.
While this might not be the most fanciest or upscale eatery in Miami Beach, the food is hands down filling, delicious, and plentiful. If you are okay with a slightly older decor, you will enjoy your experience. Definitely walked out full and happy.
The two star is because the food tasted good but the service the manager get 0It took over 45 minutes for any thing to be served any food even though they took the order right away and insisted for us first to order appetizers and after a while asking him why the appetizers not coming told us rudely that we did not orderedAfter 45 minutes sitting the appetizers came not completely ,asked for bread it took another 15 min maybe more ...When I started complaining manager rudely arguing with me that this is not McDonald'sI told if he wants I ll to the kitchen and cookOnce the food was served the quantity of food as to their prices is 000Never again and will not recommendSame food better and much cheaper near by
Food was absolutely terrible. My entire mixed platter was burned. My wife’s burger was burned. We sent it back and asked for medium and it came back rare. My friend’s ribeye was raw when asked for very well done. The waiter was very rude and inattentive. In the entire 2 hours there, only swung by for the check. Was not attentive of our water. Waiters and staff never looked our way as we tried to get their attention. It was very apparent that they were looking for fast turnover. Very expensive for sub-par food and horrible service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Only good thing was the avocado egg roll and the vegetarian platter appetizer. Better kosher options around
Excellent restaurant, the highlight was the amazing staff! I felt really comfortable, and taken care of. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend it!
Manager should be fired.from the minute we walked in he hated us,so unprofessional.called in before told us table is available for uswe arrived making us wait, worst part he didn't even let us talk to him, guess he hates Jewish people.Then starts screaming on us in front of customers.Very unprofessional he should be ashamed,We asked him for the number of the owner and ignored us.So we left without getting a table.
the food was delicious. all the staff working there were really friendly and helpful. i recommend to visit this restaurant when you are in miami beach
