My kids loved the ice cream so much we went to Gelato Go everyday during our holidays. The Girls attending us were super nice and lovely. Will be back again for sure! Highly recommended!

I ordered a milkshake it cost $14.06 and it’s nothing like a milkshake, it’s a smoothie very thin . Very expensive, no milkshake

Gelato was decent but overpriced, close to $7 for a scoop. Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude. One employee even raised her voice to another customer who was trying to order. And the person serving us was extremely unfriendly after placing the order she refused to give us a new spoon. Overall a bad experience and considering there are many other ice cream stores around I’d recommend to go to some place else.

The only reason why I am leaving a 1 star review is because the staff was rude as heck! We were in a group and some didn’t buy because of how rude the staff was. You don’t own the shop, treat people better. Gelato was good though.

Cafe latte came out cold, croissant burned… not sure why I spent $40 for coffee, 2 croissants and one orange juice… typically Italian owned businesses are monitored for quality. So it’s the server and not the food. Also the server saw that she burned the croissant and that we didn’t eat because burned parts fell apart; she had no courtesy to ask if she could fix this. Didn’t care even when I mentioned it.

Gave it a try based on previous reviews.Lived in Europe very closed to Italy a couple years and the flavor was very close to the authentic Italian gelato. I got the pistachio.. pretty small for the price but it is expected in the South Beach area.It melts very fast so you have to work it right away.

$10.66 for 1 scoop of gelato. And the cashier asks for 18 percent tip. Are you kidding me? This is a major ripoff. Do not go whatsoever.

We stayed in the hotel across the street and there was not a day that we will miss the opportunity to have this amazing gelatos

I am Italian so I was very excited about the reviews. My husband and I got the large each. Three flavours. Should have been put in a larger cup as it melted quickly. We tasted a few flavours first. Tasted good but it’s not the gelato one would get in Italy. It’s good but certainly not the best and yes paid normal prices for a tourist attraction.

Very good gelato - the hazelnut flavor was fantastic and the texture was really good for gelato. Definitely on the expensive end for a small cup of ice cream, but it is expected for its prime location on South Beach. Overall a great choice for hot days on the beach.
