Very nice hotel, well maintained with a great staff. The place is kept really clean. Kayla took great care of me making my stay a great one! She even gave me some great restaurants recommendations. I will definitely book this hotel again.
Kayla and Gret went above and beyond to accomidate our stay. The hotel was relaxing, the pool wasn’t crowded, and the staff in the restaurant downstairs were nothing short of fantastic. Great stay, great drinks, five stars!
Gale South Beach is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Miami Beach. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean with many ammenities available for your stay. Enjoy your stay at the Gale!
5 Star service. Excellent Stay! Had a wonderful time at The Gale. Diamond Member room upgrade was fantastic. Any little issues were swiftly dealt with to our complete satisfaction. Thank you to the front desk and the entire team. Special mention to Diana and her team for constant communication with us during our stay - the right way to use the Hilton messenger system. Our only issues - resort fees, we had three days of rain and could not use the beach or pool areas so would have liked to have those waived/refunded, but other than that. No complaints and highly recommended. NOTE: Most of the bathrooms in the rooms are "open" so if your stay requires privacy when someone is showering, as for a room with a door to the bathroom :)
Great location. Staff is friendly and the restaurant has great food and service. My only request is that the rooms really need a desk, even if a tiny one (the rooms are small). In today's reality, many of us need to do some work when we travel. I was a bit surprised to see there was a bed and that's it, no other furniture. Please consider adding a small desk and chair for those of us who can't escape work.
Trip was to celebrate my granddaughter and her friends birthday. Kayla and Joran sent special desserts to both girls as well as a bottle of Prosecco for myself and the girls mother. It put smiles on al of our faces.
From beginning to end, we were so well taken care of. Staff was consistently helpful, friendly and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. Clean, modern rooms. Great location. And the restaurant is phenomenal!
I can't say enough about this place. Service, location, cleanliness, it's all 5 stars. Even personal attention from the hotel's GM to check in on us daily. Come on! Who does that nowadays? I'll stay there every time I'm in Mia.
Fernando and Andres were phenomenal!!! They made us feel like we were home. Fernando was the best! He took care of all it needs! I would highly recommend The Gale! The food is delicious at Dolce, freshly made. The coffee is delicious too!!!!!
