Updated Review dated May 15, 2022 (3rd time I reviewed this place)I must say they improved. The delivery person carries a portable machine around to scan payment that also has apple pay. The food became high in quality and in taste (Fresh).My ratings changed to 4 stars to be on the safe side. 5 stars was my first review. The lady who answers the phone was very sweet. If the service continues the way it is, 5 stars!However, I did say that I wouldn't buy here again but they really keep stepping it up after complains.Previous Review dated *Mid 2021*Crab Rangoons were spoiled and the new lady taking calls doesn’t know any English.Last time I rated this place a 5 star for service and now they lowered their standards. The person who took the call ignored my complaint and hung up on me. I couldn’t been any sweeter in my tone. I was startled.So here I go with my new review. I WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN. 1 star!Previous review dated *Early 2020*I love the service here. This place is honest and very loyal to their clients. You can say I order here almost everyday. Food is always fresh. Great crab rangoon is delicious and my wonton egg drop soup. If you have a poor experience, please give them another chance. They are good in making it right! ?
just ordered from here wort Chinese ive ever had the chicken tasted weird there was no sauce I ordered orange chicken and the rice was just bad waste of 15$ dont recommend
Always ordering through the phone but this time I tried the beyondmenu to place an order, I choose dinner orange chicken and when I arrive there was just a orange chicken with the white rice, I ended paying another $10 to get what I really order the first time, not cashier fault but not mine either, and they still check that wasn’t my error charged me for the rice and the egg roll that were already paid.
This is by far the NASTIEST Chinese Food Restaurant in MIAMI. The food has absolutely no flavor at all. They repeated my order back to me multiple times and still made it exactly how I DID NOT want it. How sway ? If you want GOOD Chinese Food go elsewhere! Couldn’t even eat my food. Disgusting ?
We wanted fast takeout and had to wait 40 mins for okay food. Not delicious but enough to satisfy the hunger. Won’t return :/

I ordered from them on door dash and waited for an hour for my food and then they canceled my food and when I call them they would not give me an answer and just hang up on my several times and when my husband call they hang up on him as well do not order or eat from there very rude people that don’t deserve service
Would give negative 2 star if I could .. Customer service sucks .. waited 30 minutes to take my order. Took locals that walked in after us order ahead of us . Food was not worth the bad service or PRICE . Save your time and money take it from me .
It used to be sooo good as a transplant from New Jersey this was the closest I've had in Miami to good "new York style Cantonese" in a long time but I don't know what changed in the last few months. The lady picking up the phone is rude and cuts you off as you order, the prices have increased a ton and to add insult to injury the food now sucks. Everything is burnt or smells burnt or is terribly over cooked not worth it any longer which is a true shame cuz Miami Beach has plenty of places to choose from when spending that type of money where the food will actually be delicious.
