Visited late evening at 10:20pm and still a lot of people!!Waited 25min for the meals I ordered.Can eat inside after closing time 11:00pmNo free nuts corner found.
Good burgers near the Lincoln St open mall, the place was packed but we were able to sit before our order was ready to escape from the heat outside

I ordered a burger and fries on ubereats from here . The uber app was having its own issues and i asked them for a favor . I spoke with the manager … She was extremely nice and sweet and did exactly what i requested ???? thank you. My food came out soooo freaking good !! Best sandwich ever ?? thanks babes , it was bomb ;). They are sweet !
One star. I waited and waited... I had to ask three times if they had finished my order- nothing. I ask this lady for my order she looks down at a bag and quickly gives it to me... The crew didn't even realize they finished mine and had it sitting with incomplete bags! Then I get home and they didn't put any A1 steak sauce (the patties were also wayyy to thin) legit same thickness as Mickeyd's- What an unprofessional mess!!! Do not waste your money at this mediocre place.
Easily the best fast food burgers and fries out there! This establishment in particular is flawless.
For a Five Guys, this is a rough place. It is very crowded usually and there is hardly any seating at all. The place is rather dirty and not a great place for families or family seating if you ask me.
Service & food? Idk, was it good? Def not!!!!!Atleast ask customers would you like any toppings on their burger, especially when its your a first time at the joint I want get that experience to come back, we dont know if we re getting the whole entire toppings, I just got a cheese burger. Of course, yes that's what I ordered, but if I were to go at another joint and ask for the same I would be getting lettuce, tomatoes and all that on my sandwich. Five guys should change their franchise name to worst guys!!! My burger only had beef, cheese, bun, an ice tea and fries For $24, Worst I've ever spend on food for my buck!!! The fries were strictly out of the salt box. It was so so salty and unbearable to consume. Thatll take someone to the hospital with high blood pressure and place in the ICU. I'm def not going back 4 sure. This franchise should be out of business, it all starts with the employees. My tip went down the drain!!! Such a shame!!!
Freshly made burgers! In my opinion some of the best fast food burgers. And they're customizable. Fries are mediocre, imo. Wait times can be fairly long at any time of the day (waited for 30min at 10pm). The tables outside need some work. They're unstable and must have been standing there for quite a while.
