The manager Olga customer service is horrible! She comes off as very rude and obnoxious!!! Find a new manager DD because your manager sets the workplace culture; she's demonstrating extremely poor leadership with this attitude.
Staff here really are great & full of personality! It’s in a unique location in terms of what’s going on with all the building and construction at this location. A new building recently was constructed around and above the existing Dunkin’ Donuts that also includes a rooftop movie theater. so at times, parking can be very limited with the construction vehicles, cement trucks, etc. as this project is still ongoing.
never once in my entirety working at starbucks have i ever treated anyone the way they treated me within the first five seconds of being there, extremely rude and dismissive, worst service i’ve ever endured. I’ve been gone from the states for a week now, just wanted a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Didn’t even give me the correct drink.
Truly awful management. Store does not maintain consistent hours of operation. Website listed them as being open until 7pm. I went at 5:30pm to get a bagel and some coffee. They were closed. After driving all the way over there I figured I would just go next door to grab a coffee from the place right next to it (literally 15ft away). I walked over, grabbed a coffee, walked back 15ft to my car to see that I am now promptly being towed.After speaking to the tow driver I am told that because the dunkin donuts is closed they do not want anyone to use their completely empty parking lot. Now keep in mind this is at 5:30pm when they are supposed to be open. I came to get dunkin donuts, due to their incompetence and inability to post correct store hours I wasted a trip there, had to go somewhere else, and then have my car get towed... from an empty parking lot.If you guys cannot post clear hours of operation maybe try not towing your customers who waste their time and effort to come to your store.
Awful. Almost turned around and walked out because it looked closed inside in the middle of the day (chairs on tables, etc). Staff were unhelpful and got a simple drink order wrong (twice). I had to throw my drink in the trash and go to Starbucks.
Horrible service- employees rush you to finish your order and if you don’t speak fast enough they just walk away from the register.They also make believe their machines are out of service so they won’t have to make anything besides regular iced coffee. Dunkin’ with no espresso or lattes? That’s hard to believe.

They frequently mess up orders. Sometimes it feels like it was on purpose - last week specifically asked them not to put coconut milk in our coffee (we asked for oatmilk, for some reason the lady heard coconut milk, and so we corrected her), and sure enough - the iced coffee has coconut milk. that is not the first time. Also every time something is not working in the store - one time the coffee machine was broken, one time no google pay, one time they only take cash. this place is probably the worst dunkin we've been too. Unfortunately for us we live nearby and it is the closest coffee place to us. Still, walking a couple more minutes opens a few other options that we are going to try.
This place has poor customer service. The solo employee didn't seem to value her job and didnt seem to want to perform her job at a high level. The bathrooms were closed. The dining room area was closed and she claimed that the egg wrap option wasn't available due to no ingredients. We decided to just get a cup of Joe. She gave a very bad vibe that she didn't want to do anything but serve coffee and donuts. There are hand written signs inside the store that says they don't accept the Dunkn App or accept gift cards. I wondered if she did something to my coffee just because it seemed as she was racist towards white people. I wouldn't go back in a million years as long as lazy and careless is working there. I highly recommend hiring employees that care about the success of the company because with people like her, the place is going to be dumped in the gutter really quickly.
If I could give this location at 16 and Alton a 0 I would. I placed a Mobile order and when I got there they only gave me my coffee so when I asked where the rest of my order was they said they don’t have it available. I kindly asked if they could replace it and she said no and to call Dunkin very very rudely. It wasn’t until another horribly rude associate stepped in that they agreed to replace my item. This isn’t the first time that this locations associates are rude. I earnestly hope their days get better as it must be really difficult to hate your life so much you take it out on clients.
