Dulce Vida? Absolute BEST Birria tacos in the WORLD! Or at very least in the 305. The meat is delicious the sauce is delicious the people running the shop are incredibly sweet honestly the best grub after the beach! You cannot go wrong. Order your tacos seat at the curb or the park or the beach and dig in honestly a must visit if you’re in Miami Beach!
Amazing tacos. I read the reviews for their Burris tacos and totally agree they are amazing. I also did a shrimp cocktail served with tortilla chips, although you don’t really need them. Also very good. I went twice over my stay. Casual/takeaway kind of joint. Well with a stop.
Ooh la la!! Small place big heart!! This unassuming hidden gem is a must try. We ordered tacos (chicken & shrimp), rice bowl and loaded fries. Loved the quality of each food item we ate. Don’t miss their shrimp tacos folks!! If you like hot n spicy food, their hot sauce (in green) is a grandma’s recipe ? and adds that ? punch for the taste buds!
Food was amazing and filling. Staff is nice and professional and made the food with great quality. If you love tacos or other Mexican food this is the place to go! Will be returning again for the great food!
This was my second time eating at Dulce Vida’s, and on this trip we experienced the birria tacos!I had the chicken, and my guy had the beef.The Beef: he said it was excellent! flavors were great, and he also loved the tortilla which was cooked to perfection.The Chicken: okay this is not traditional Birria… but I don’t eat beef so I was super happy to have had the opportunity to try their take on a chicken version. The chicken was good, but nothing special, the tortillas were excellent. Overall I wished the chicken had a bit more flavor.I think if the chicken was shredded and simmered down a bit more to build the flavors it would have been excellent!They can definitely use a spicer salsa*I would go back, as I’m looking forward to trying a few more Items.
A local recommended this place to us! OMG! Best tacos I’ve ever had. And I live in San Diego which is famous for tacos! But these were hands down my favorite meal in Miami!
We are visiting from out of state and have visited this place every day, sometimes twice a day. That is how amazing the food is! If you want real authentic Mexican food, come here. I am from Texas and it’s been difficult to find real tacos or elote anywhere on the east coast. My heart was so happy when I took the first bite of food!!! You won’t be disappointed after coming here!
I'm in South Beach for the week on business. I am visiting from Houston, TX. I wanted to eat Mexican food and I found Dulce Vida on Google. The reviews convinced me to stop by and try it for myself. I ordered the quesabirria which came with 4 tacos in the order, with a side of guacamole and chips. This order does not come with beans or rice. However, the food is delicious great portions and great flavor. The green salsa is spicy but good. The price is fair being south beach and all. Btw, there are no dine-in tables available so you must stand to eat or to go. Thank you Nelly for being such a great host. I will be back ?
We were looking for a place to get authentic amazing tacos in south beach and came because of all the amazing reviews, and let me tell you, they don’t lie. the birria tacos were the best we ever had and the corn had us fighting over the last little scraps. The woman working there made the experience though, so friendly and nice and so happy to hear that we loved the food. she told us how she about the foods she grew up and how she modified the birria recipe to make it her own. I will never stop talking about these tacos. please go and try them for yourself
Ordered beef birria tacos with cheese for $18. Deliciously tender and juicy but would have liked a sharper flavour with more seasoning to compliment the overall profile. Great value snack to take out. Owners were friendly.
