Cool boho chic interior vibe decor but did not match the service received. The service was horrible, not friendly or warm at upon entering or at the counter. Bad vibes and over priced. I was met with an eat sh** look when I exclaimed that the spicy turkey wrap was not spicy and asked for more Jalapeños. It was healthy and fresh but super bland and lacked flavor. Only ate it because I was hungry. Lastly the cactus outside got prickly pieces stuck to my dress and are now poking me... so annoyed. Only 2 stars given for the decor..
Pros: cute space, cute theme, staff were friendly and helpfulCons: tried the dreamer açaí bowl- was so sweet we ate just the berry toppings. Supernova smoothie was pretty, but tasted meh. Prices are also higher, but typical for this neighborhood.
Highway robbery, my daughters went there came back to confess that they were charged $28 each for an açai bowl. This is ridiculous even for Miami. Their feedback was it wasn’t that good
Rude people who will ruin your day. Also they are serving bad salmon that can be very dangerous. Can’t wait until they close the store and somebody who can actually run a business comes there since it’s in front of my gym. Kisses.
It is very pretty in photos. I thought the place would be bigger. I don't think is worth the money and the food is just average. Nothing special here but I do love the printing on their packaging. Is it worth the try? For photos, yes. For anything else? No.
Bad service. Not flavory at all. I had a green smoothie and I said it was not flavor at all and the girl at the counter tried to fix it in a VERY bad mood. Not polite at all. Expensive and not good experience. Definitely I will not return.
The green tea lemon boba tea might just be the worst boba tea I’ve ever had. I now understand why this store has such a low rating. The owner doesn’t seem to care the customers at all, and they even charge $1.5 just for the empty paper cup. We went there for the flamingo theme, didn’t have too much expectations on the drink but yet still kinda disappointed.
Do not go there. Bad food and terrible service. To make things worse, the people who work there are rude and it’s really expensive. Moreover, the place smelled like bad bleach. It was making me sick so we could not eat inside. Go to Pura Vida or for that matter, anywhere else. At these prices, you deserve better.
The little food I was able to eat was good, but service is absolutely beyond terrible! I ordered my bowl specifically with just banana and strawberry on top because I did not want bee pollen. I left a $19 tip on a $35 bill (they do not warn you that gratuity is included). The bowl came out with all of the toppings so I kindly explained to the worker that I left almost 50% tip and specifically asked for just banana and strawberry because I did not want bee pollen. She said she would remake it, but instead she just mixed it up so the bee pollen was scattered throughout the bowl instead of on top. Insane that I couldn’t just enjoy my breakfast here. I’m very disappointed. Then I asked for something to wrap half of a sandwich in to take home, and she gave me a paper bag ??♀️??♀️??♀️
