Amazing organic food at reasonable prices.Saturday, June 18th I placed an order through Uber for pick up.An Uber driver picked up my order by mistake.The manager resolved the situation promptly making another order.I will continue going to Dr. smood but will place pick up orders in their app not Uber’s.

Let me start by saying the location, employees and atmosphere get 5 stars. Super clean, very chill and inviting. I’m giving it 3 stars because I paid $20 for a salad that was no bigger than a side salad at a restaurant. Listen, I will overpay for a salad - hello Pura Vida - but that thing usually feels like a brick when I pick it up.When I grabbed my Caesar salad w/turkey to walk home, I took a double take. I should have said something but I was in too much shock to say anything and going to be late for a conference call. The golden milk latte was tasty FYI.I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place so I’m bummed by my first experience here. Maybe their salads aren’t the way to go and I’m better off getting one of their juices or smoothies?
Poor service. Arrived in 15 mins before closing and was informed that kitchen was closed.

The customer service is non existent. The woman at the counter was so rude to me and the sandwich was stale. Sadly not coming back.

Been coming here for years but kind of disappointed sometimes the juices aren’t fresh. I bought an açai smoothie yesterday and it was very spoiled and rotten I had to throw it away. When I came back to tell the supervisor Natalie she told me that the ingredients are out of her control and she didn’t do anything to credit me for the drink even though I spend about $25 a day there. When I asked for the managers contact information so I can send an email she told me she didn’t have it which I’m sure is a lie but whatever. So here’s my review hopefully the owner can train their people to have better customer service and not to blow off loyal customers who have been coming since the beginning
