Have eaten there several times in the past. However, I had the low calorie chicken wrap & the tomatoes were way over ripe. After eating half of it, I scrapped out the rest of the tomatoes. Unfortunately it wasn't enough,5 hours later I was hit with massive cramps & diarrhea. This was the 1st and only thing I had to eat all day. I was over it the next day...

Went to the Chicken Kitchen in Miami Beach for the last time today. The employees were not accommodating ...We got the large original and 2 small...they put the same amount of rice in both sizes added a little more chicken to large...limited the Sause to 2 per item...a little rude and snappy with us...Gave them no tip because of the snappy answer to questions we asked...the guy who waited on use spoke no English, wife spoke Spanish, his language...

This is by far the best chicken kitchen I have been to. The customer service is amazing and the food is great. Always nice, hot and good. Mr John is the best, he always greets me and it’s always a pleasant experience when I come and he is there, and I work up the street so I come a few times a month. I would recommend this chicken kitchen to anyone in the area looking for great food and customer service. Thank you Mr. John I’ll be back for sure. I would Give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for the skin ;-)

Terrible, you're basically paying ($13.99 for the Large Bazooka Plate), and they basically serve you a bucket of rice. When you ask for a little extra bean and less rice, they refuse or nail you with another charge. Mind you, they are black beans, one of the cheapest on the market. almost as cheap as the rice they use.The manager on duty, don't have his name, but he is young with long hair...he is actually serving food and his hair is not even properly tucked away for food safety. Anyway, he does not even say hello, or thank you for that matter...very sad considering the hefty prices one has to pay. Oh, not done yet, the Peruvian guy at the register, doesn't speak a lick of English, didn't even say hello or thank you as well. The place is not the same since the owner no longer works at the location. The only reason i am even giving a 2-star rating is because the food is still pretty good and fresh and because of the Haitian guy on the grill. He at least smiled. We all know how important it is to make the customer experience great and make them feel valued especially in these inflationary times...good food alone does not cut it anymore. I won't be back. thanks for the memories.

I had a regular chicken bowl with the corn which was like $1 extra , even though I’m not a big fan of beans, and loved it. The garlic cilantro sauce was really good and so was the curry sauce. The prices are nice also. I think maybe $11 for a large bowl? I had some for lunch and took the rest home. The lady employee (didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and awesome, it was clean, and the staff all wore masks. Very pleasantly surprised with this place! I passed by it often but honestly I didn’t think I would like it/it would be my vibe. I didn’t understand the marketing and the poster of the the creator(?) on the window? I wasn’t even sure what type of food they sold. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover I guess lol. The pita was just okay, could do without it

The manager wearing glasses with a “don’t bother me” attitude at lunch time at this location is the worst I have ever encountered. There are several complaints about him on google reviews, nothing has been done. He has no customer service skills and constantly treat regulars as individuals that are not contributing to the everyday growth of this business. I won’t come back and I won’t recommend as well. Tip to the corporate offices; read all bad reviews about this employee, look at this team member’s behavior closely and perhaps a training will fix the issue, possibly not since he has no people skills, but maybe.

Food was excellent and plentiful as well...might be a little off the beaten path but well worth it!

The food was very good! The chicken was moist and delicious. We really enjoyed our Mexican chop chop meals and the original chop chop meal too.I will definitely go back soon.

Nice fresh food. The personnel are friendly and organized

Took the bazooka chop chop, with teriyaki chicken. It has a lot of liquid and very little salads ... But the kid meal I was very happy about it, my kids ate it ! (Wich is a rare thing haha ) the yellow rice is good
