Cappuccino gelato is delicious! We went 3 days in a row. ? Key lime pie and tiramisu are great as well.
Delicious! The ice cream, the pastries & cakes, chocolate… everything is absolutely delicious.
The Gelato was super creamy and tasty, got the cookies and cream. And also got a tiramisu and it came in an ORB! Super cool, very good as well. The lady fingers weren't at moist as I prefer, but very tasty nonetheless.
An adorable dessert stop. The ice cream is wonderful, the desserts are decadent and gorgeous, and the staff is very friendly. Wide variety.

A lot of reviewers complain about the prices here, and they are astronomical. But this is in the lobby of a $1000/night hotel in Miami Beach, so I'm not sure what they were expecting. Staying at the Fountainebleu this place was my morning go to. The coffee was very good and the chocolate croissant I shared with my husband was absolute perfection! I also enjoyed the Quinoa Salad twice for lunch and my husband had the Turkey Sandwich, also twice, which was very good. My nephew had the Short Rib sandwich and my niece had the Poke bowl which they really liked, as well. The gelato was a pefect way to end the evening which was creamy and delicious. I highly recommend the pistachio! The only negative was the long lines in the morning. On the weekend a mobile station was set up in the lobby which was great but I feel like there needs to be another permanent location in the hotel. I would suggest in the lobby of the Tresor or Sorrento since it was a little bit of a walk to get my morning cup! The staff were extremely hard working and professional, which under the very busy circumstances, was surprising and very much appreciated. I'm sure they would agree with me on a second permanent location, too.
Great concept awful delivery. Takes up to 30 minutes for a coffee. Everything so disorganised. Such a pity great product.
Place has gone downhill. Unfriendly service. No one looked like they wanted to be there. Croquant was good. Key lime meringue seemed old.
Great spot, open late inside of nice hotel. We enjoyed the gelato, cake, and atmosphere.
