We went in there and the service was ok but they automatically put it as a to go when we wanted to stay. When we got back to the hotel we went through our food and realized they didn’t give us our 2 orders of fries and they put a tomato on my burger after telling them not to. Though I gave them 2 stars because the food that we did get was still good
This was one of the nicest experiences I had by far!! First off, the burger I ordered was out of this world, seriously, if anyone out there hasn’t tried this burger joint yet and you happen to be in the area, you’re missing out BIG TIME!! The service was so hospitable that I even bought myself one of the large home-made cookies that Lauren baked herself by hand!! She was the one who took our order and prepared it too, she was simply lovely to talk to and her attention to detail was admirable. Try their famous cheeseburger or any other burger on their menu, you won’t regret it.

My family and I stopped at Cheese Burger Baby on the way home from the club and again the next day. All I have to say is they deserve a 5 star rating great food cooked just right I can’t wait to go back. If you plan on taking a vacation to Miami but this place up you won’t be disappointed.
One star too many on this review… lol Degrading customer service… I don’t normally write reviews but I have not stopped feeling uncomfortable since my experience yesterday at this restaurant my first time ever coming here and the last time for sure we ordered two burgers which took over 45 minutes and the one time that we went to go check on the footer see if it’s almost ready the guy at the door screamed at ny friend that went to check and told her to sit down and wait and we were just like OK?????? Like first of all learn how to treat a lady But then on top of him telling us that he will scream my name on our food was ready it was almost an hour and I checkedagain and when I checked he said all the orders right here so if it wasn’t for me even checking or asking him about it that food was probably be waiting there forever. On top of it already being soggy like as if it was sitting there we paid $45 for two burgers that took almost an hour to make and the least we could get some decent service for real though I would recommend if you’re visiting Miami not stopping here at alll. Go to five guys if you have to go anywhere else besides hear the burgers are definitely not worth it and the quality of food we received match the customer service of the store… BAD
By far the most disrespectful business I have ever experienced. Employees here have the worst customer service skills. I picked up one order and ended up with onions all over my bag, phone and hand because of improper packing procedures. The bag was over full and so greasy it was broken open at bottom where I had to use both hands to support so it didn’t spill. I get two more request at this same restaurant and now wish I didn’t accept them. I showed the security my phone with both orders and he says he called out both and goes to grab them. I confirm both orders on my app. Out of nowhere comes a guy and tells me to confirm my order very aggressively. Both of which are already confirmed. So I tell him that he says “let me see” I try to show him then he yells at me “IM LOOKING AT A BLACK SCREEN” I opened my screen again to show him and told him that he didn’t even check anything because only one order is on the screen. Immediately the other staff member/cook start screaming “WELL THATS OUR POLICY IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU DONT HAVE TO COME HERE!” So I respond to her/him that I have over 1000 orders delivered and I know how to do my job. She tells me “you dashers steal food. The guy then yells at security “enrique!!! Close the door!!” Then tells me “were closed you’re not even supposed to be in here!” After he literally just told me to bring my screen closer inside for he can see better. Turning this whole thing into an episode. Totally unnecessary. They then refused me and about 10 other customers their food. They literally stole my customers order after I confirmed it. I just feel bad I caused the other customers any inconvenience. It is 4am and I’m sure them and my customers were hungry. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Never go to bad baby burger. I really think they were trying to provoke me to become violent. I haven’t been talk to like that since I was at basic training 12 years ago.
Not really into writing reviews but I haven’t taste a good hunk of meat between two buns like this in a VERY long time! I actually came here in a really bad mood after my friends ditched me at the bar we were at. Ironically there’s a chain burger place right across the street but thought I’d try a local place out. I walk up to place my order (because of covid they only allow one person at a time) and the guy at the register hands down changed my mood! He asked me what I’d like and I told him (as I’m still angry) a cheeseburger. Than he asked me all these questions on how I want it cooked and I didn’t really care to answer. I kid you not, he looked straight at me and said “pause, you are at cheeseburger baby. Not the Krusty crab. We don’t sell crabby Patties”. I DIED LAUGHING!! I’m not sure who hires these people but they all have an interesting and exciting personality and aren’t so scripted like places across the street. When I got my burger, it looked fresh, huge and REAL! I have never had anything like it! My stay was only the weekend but so I came back every night until i had to go back home. The only thing this place is missing is a location near my house. If you’re on vacation visiting I definitely recommend giving this place a try. WARNING Do not order here after midnight. Ordered a simple burger and 33 min later it had not arrived. Customers on the street were joking that sunrise would happen before the food was ready. Very intimidating security officer kept us all outside and told us it would come eventually.Finally we gave up and got nothing for our money. Worst experience in Miami Beach. How long does it take to cook a burger?
I ordered a cheeseburger, large fry, and fountain soda. I receive a meal that is essentially what you would get from a concession stand at a high school football game. The burger was warm but the fries were cold. It's fine enough to eat if you're hungry and most places are closed, but certainly not worth recommending.
They charge a dollar for less than a teaspoon of bbq sauce to put on a dry burger. They have poor customer service. One of the male cooks came over and got an attitude with me for asking a question. They won't get my money.
