1st time eating here today, and I loved it, finally healthy food, been looking for a spot like this since I got to Miami, The food was very good and healthy that’s all I ask for. I had the salmon bowl, it was excellent and the girl who works there is really sweet. I’m genuinely glad I found this place, I just wish they have Baked sweet potato fries literally no place in Miami Beach offers that, that’ll be huge I’m sure people would love to eat non fried fries as a side of there healthy dish, that’s the hold back for me.
I live in midtown , love the food and service of the carrot express there. Unfortunately the service in Miami Beach was A LOT SLOWER, 40 minutes I waited for my food , I understand it is a Sunday and that a member of the team did not come In, but this should have been communicated before ordering. Alejandra shouted at us when we complained, we request an explanation for this behaviour . Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Today we waited 40 mins for our food and when we went to ask politely For it and of course starving, ALEJANDRA (Argentinian) the lady preparing the food simply said I could cancel the order if I wanted to, that she couldn’t care less.Her entitled and annoying attitude is the worse thing ever happened to carrot express. She even dare to say that I couldn’t come back to the same location and that they were not going to sell me more food anymore. LOLIt’s very sad to see carrot express damage its reputation by doing poorly choices when hiring their employees. Good service and rewarding attitude has always been a highlight in US businesses and this lady didn’t even dare to apologize for the long wait, her attitude since the beggining was rude and disrespectful. Carrot express shouldn’t have this type of employees.
The hours of this business says it closes at 9pm on Sundays. Why when I arrived at 8:40 they told me the kitchen is closed? Update your hours to reflect a 8:30 closing time. This is misleading and leads to a bad customer experience. They turned away a total of three customers me, my husband and another guy.
Carrot expressed an event at my sister's boxing gym for their 24th anniversary and it was truly amazing they had these little salads one was called Mario's something or other but it was absolutely delicious and Carlo was so incredibly sweet and helpful I highly recommend them and highly recommend them and their customer service the food is absolutely delicious and ever so healthy at the same time please go and check them out
Great spot for quick and healthy lunches. I had the tuna bowl. Really tasty and fresh. My husband had the burger bowl and wasn’t impressed. Parking is a bit hectic considering it’s on Alton and dads blvd. great customer service!

This place used to be so good. Don’t know what happened. I received the worst pre made frozen stiff açaí bowl this morning. The prices are still expensive but the quality sucks now. What a let down.
Waited 30 minutes for a pesto chicken bowl that was pretty bland and basic. Really bad and slow service.
You order a live wrap that includes avocado and was done in a proper way for years but now to save ingredients they reduced the amount of avocado like 90% having just one small piece in the corner of the wrap. So when you tel them it wasn’t like this and that now it’s overload with quinoa and veggies instead of having the fair proportions of chicken and avocado, they say is the same recipe even when you were a longtime customer. Disappointed. It use to be a great place to eat healthy and balanced.
