The restaurant provides Quick service, Ample parking, a Clean Restaurant, and Friendly Staff. I ordered the onion rings, wagyu burger, cheddar cheese fries, and a key lime dessert. The onion rings were huge, but needed a Little bit of seasoning. The fries were tasty. The burger was also tasty and could have used a Bit of seasoning. The key lime dessert was Delicious. The staff was polite, and helped me with the menu as well.
Ordered a BurgerFi burger with grilled onions (you can add other things)and a regular size order of the Urban style fries, which have aged parmesan, fresh herbs and garlic aioli.Needed lots of napkins, especially after i added ketchup and mayo to my burger and that huge regular size order of fries. It all tasted decent.The huge ceiling fans kept it comfortable, but hang on to your napkin! LolWanted tea, but they were out. Place could be cleaner... mostly floor and rugs.I really love the paper straws!! Good for you for helping the environment.
I've never liked bacon jam....... HOWEVER, it was paired perfectly with the SWAG burger. It was juicy and very flavorful. The fries could be eaten as a meal all by themselves... the young lady at the counter was helpful and very patient
I come often here… the food is great, the service superb. Specially the kindness and politeness of the hospitality manager, Mr Marcos (from Ecuador). He makes you feel like at home! Try the wagyu burgers… excellent!!!!
If you want to enjoy burger, don’t go to there! “McDonalds” level. Fries was ok.There’s places around where you can find better level burgers for same price!You can’t find price for draft beer in menu! And its a little over priced for this kind of place. $6.5. Also look at the prices at burger places around2 stars only for good choice of draft beer and nice service.
The food is good, but there were issues on our first visit. I ordered pickup directly from their website, but when my husband got there, the order hadn’t printed. So he had to wait. When we got our food home, we noticed two issues. My VegiFi burger wasn’t wrapped in lettuce, which we paid extra for. And we didn’t get the kids meal for my son, which we paid extra for. Also, the onion rings need salt.

I cannot believe how bad our experience was last night. Google says they are open till 11:45 PM and it also indicates that this was updated one week ago. Walked up at 9:45 to the two main entrances locked with chairs blocking the doors. No signage or anything else indicating their hours posted in the windows. Looks to be open inside as people are still ordering and kitchen staff appear to be active. I realize the back side door by the bathrooms is open so we go in and approach the counter. They say they are still open, tell us they’re only taking cards now, and ask what we want. The woman didn’t say or do anything particularly rude but boy is she not the person to be working a register taking orders. Hospitality business means interacting with customers in a hospitable way. Literally a self order kiosk would be better than this employee. Just bizarre cold vibes from staff like they’re trying to leave. Food was fine, fries had zero salt. Mayo container at condiment station was out. Bizarre dining experience. I love fast casual burger chains like all their competitors, with some making as good a burger as one can make, not sure what the heck is going on here. No restaurant manager on a Saturday night in your Miami Beach location? What are you guys doing? Here are a few free tips from an avid burger enthusiast: smile at customers, make them feel welcome, season the food, and for god sake don’t lock them out of the restaurant!
