Wish I could give this place a minus 10. I don't know what the trend is with the world becoming filthier & filthier but all of these food establishments employ people with no sanitary decency & Its sickening.I went in a few weeks ago & the lady prepping the rabbit food sneezed, then wiped her nose with her shirt or apron, I can't remember. That should have done it, but there are not many options going from work, so I overlooked it because she wasn't actually preparing any food that I eat.Went in tonight, and they're all sitting their looking like they haven't washed themselves or their clothes in days. The cook gets up to hand me my food, and his nails are absolutely dirty.I have no plans of going back. Some things are even professional, it should be common sense. Like what conditions food should & should not be handled in. No big loss. The food wasn't great anyway.I gave it away to a homeless person.
burgers and truffle fries were enjoyable. the overall dine-in experience was not. restrooms were out of order so there was no place to wash my hands before my meal. the water cups they give you are the size of a shot glass, i had to refill mine 5 times.i hope you have a better experience than i did.
Ordered a Bandida burger, apparently you cannot add lettuce, tomatoes or bacon. We told the cashier that its okay if it was extra and she said that she was told that absolutely no modifications to the burgers. So i just told her can i just have a side of bacon, so she added that to the bill. I ordered a Beer and she said its happy hour and i could get 241 and i said ok. 30 mins later our food was ready, my hot dog was disappointing, i should have gone to 711 next door for a better sausage than what i received and for half the price. Manager/cook told my partner that next time she cannot serve us a side of bacon, recon we were going to put it in the burger ourselves since its not possible to add it on the burger in the kitchen. We still got charged for it but ahe said that we cant order it like that when previous times weve ordered it and our burger comes out good. Food is good except the hot dog, service is terrible. Ohh and she still didnt want to give me my beers wich i paid for when i picked up my order because it was past happy hour. But i bought them just right before our 30 min meal came out. Ive had better experiences here but not today.
Only giving this place a star because that’s the only way I can write a review. The food was okay to say the least. The customer service at this place is horrible. First they don’t offer a bathroom and when we asked where we can wash our hands the “owner… manager” or whoever runs this place gave an attitude and told us to come around the counter and wash it in a small sink they have here. While eating our food an elder couple walked by and order food. They ask the same question about the bathroom and she said “it’s closed” and didn’t even look at him. Then he asked for more ketchup and they denied it. Told him that if he wanted more he had to pay extra. This couple order a few things they deserved more sauce. They ask for hot sauce and this place also didn’t have it. The owner raised the voice to the older man when he brought his food back to her and told her that the meat was over cook. He comment and the food and she took it personal and he explain her I made the comment about the food not about you and she said well it’s like if you were saying it to me. My boyfriend and I fel horrible watching that treatment we didn’t want to eat eat there anymore. Horrible customer service. To the people that work there, please learn more people skills.
I've eaten 2 nights now. The price is right and the food is freshly prepared. I love the options.
Amazing staff amazing place to go and get food amazing burgers I decided to have the house to bring her it is a great choice
For starters this is the worst place to eat I would never recommend this place to anyone the manager/owner has a really bad attitude and no type of customer service I ordered a burger and fries the fries was cold I took a bite of one the fries and decided to give them back to be replaced the manager as well as one of the employees touched them with their hands no gloves and the manager seemed frustrated because the cook sent out cold food she then proceeded to drop them back in the grease after they were touched by them both and then give them to me I noticed they were the same due to be biting one I politely asked to be refunded the manager got super upset and didn’t want to give me a refund saying they’re not the same which again the fry I ate was back in the tray so it’s clear I was given the same fries she started yelling and getting upset as if she didn’t want to give the refund please do not eat here for what they charge the service is horrible and I’m pretty sure you can go somewhere else with better service.
Ordered The Hustler and Loaded Fries via Uber Eats, and was happy to have it arrive in under 20 minutes on Miami Beach, with the burger still nice and hot, and the cheese / bacon packed separately so the fries still stayed crispy. Delicious late night meal!
I stop eating here months ago. It seemed like everytime I came in to order I was took as a joke. The owner and or operator (on more then one or two visits to this location) would always laugh and say "speak no english" passively laughing, looking at the cashier or other person behind the register with him. #Everytime On more then one or two occasions indicating "we/I don't want to serve you"
