The service was fine. Our server was very busy but stayed on top of everything.The food took forever to come out and was very over cooked . We both sent our dish back and ate nothing but our sides (which was just fries ) we did t wait on the food to be remade due to how long it took . Our bill was $35 for two orders of fries, 2 waters and a coke.
This place was amazing!!! Great staff, great music!! We were waiting to check in and ended up going to this bar an wow the food was AMAZING!!! The flavour and presentation makes you feel like you are in the Carribean. The staff was wonderful so friendly and attentive. The music was great! Very nice place! I suggest you come here! We will be back.
Food was not good, and way overpriced. Drink prices were outrageous. Then they hit you with a big credit card fee with no warning. Should have known better, we were the only people in here eating at noon. What an absolute joke.
Friendly service. Prices are typical for a resort. Mango Margherita was yummy. Spinach dip came out piping hot and full of flavor.
Came for lunch. Super pleasant service. Strong cocktails. Food is good!
Overhaul a positive experience, here’s a honest description of it …We ordered a dirty martini & old fashion which both were well executed.The prosciutto bruschetta was delicious (appetizer)I needed to eat vegetable so, I’ve opted for the stir fry which the menu precise FRESH vegetable, but definitely had frozen vegetables also, slightly disappointing. The seasoning & rice were both ok (highlikely VH sauce! I would overhaul recommend this if you need to eat.My Husband chicken Marsala was truly good on a more positive note.Service was ok, the lady waitress was nice.Overhaul for Miami food industry, Giving this restaurant a 4 start is on the higher ranking. Having the %20 gratuity included for even 1 person is inacceptable on the top of also resort fee.Taking in consideration the opportunity of success of this place, management NEEDS to be changed / adjusted. Owners of vacation rental in this building don’t even suggest this restaurant so this tells you a lot. I mean it’s on the BEACH IN MIAMI!!! TimeTo step up the game !A
Absolutely terrible and so over priced. Charged almost $4 for a soft drink and no refills allowed. 4 of us ate very simple meals (2 were actually appetizers and one a kids meal) and our bill was $94! They add fees for everything and added gratuity for 4 people. Thumbs down all around.*in reference to owner response: no fees like that are not everywhere. My dinner last night had no fees. Twice as much food, freshly cooked (not microwaved or previously frozen) and was $54. I appreciate your response, but that is not in fact how it is in this town that I have witnessed.
Don’t eat here: Worst restaurant, seems like most people have had the same experience. Only ate here because it was in the condo I’m staying at and needed something quick. They have all these stupid rules about when you can eat what, the food is frozen and pre-made and over priced. They won’t make any accommodations or substitutions, claiming they can’t because they don’t have the ingredients and if they do their boss who is “at home watching the cameras” will… do what? They didn’t say. For example, I came at 10:30am and wanted a salad. I tried to order a salad which is on a separate page from the lunch menu and has no specific times listed on it. I was then told that salads are only for lunch and they have no lettuce in the kitchen to make salads with. When I pointed out that they can make burgers that have lettuce and tomato and a caprese toast that has tomato and cheese for breakfast, the older lady who was taking my order got mad, took away my menu and didn’t take my order. She is super unprofessional and lazy and if you ask her too many questions she will get mad and not take your order. Then I tried to order a smoothie. The picture clearly shows a mix of fruit and the menu says strawberry blueberry mango”, so I assumed it was a mixture based on the words and the picture. Oh no. It’s only one fruit per smoothie. So stupid. Apparently the kitchen is also incapable of combining the fruits, as well. The rules to this place are absolutely asinine and make no sense. No way to remove automatic gratuity except through credit card dispute. Stay away! If you want to call the manager, his phone number is attached, but you can only reach him after 4 for some reason. But based off of his rude and unprofessional responses to some of the negative reviews, I doubt talking to him will actually be productive.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all...The service was awful, the waitress was rude...The fud was bad and overpriced... There are much better places to spend your money...
I will definitely come back! Try the paella, and the Porter House stake! Won't disappoint!!! Services Girls are amazing!
