Awesome sushi. However, I have a gluten allergy and I told my server and I still got two rolls with imitation crabmeat in themâ¦the server acknowledged this, told me that the chef said it was gluten free, and basically left it on the table for us to eat even though I couldnât eat it due to the crabmeat. She didnât try to fix the fact that they were going to poison me if I continued to eat them.
Food was good and service was great. I ordered the dragon roll and it was great!

5 Stars. We celebrated my wife's birthday with an omakase by Chef Benny Blade. The presentation of ingredients by Blade was impeccable and the flavors sublime. Imported and local fish, A5 Wagyu, Toro, Caviar, Octopus. The Chef served our courses each with a detailed description, each uniquely plated on custom pottery from Japan. The manager and hospitality were gracious and genuine and all of our needs were met.

Sushi rice was undercooked. If you can't get the rice right, maybe you should try making hamburgers! Rolls were bland and forgettable. Edame was food. Atmosphere and service was nice.
Extremely ordinary, commercial sushi menu with very few selections and grossly overpriced (well it was the Fontainebleau after all).
