Worst service ever I came to Miami for one day with my family we stopped to eat here because we heard good things but when we ordered they brought out everyone’s food except mine keep in mind my order was the first order the waiter wrote down!!!! Once he realized he never rang up my food he tells me but my family was already done eating the restaurant did nothing to accommodate the mistake the waiter made I have worked in this industry so I know they could have done more at the end I didn’t know even get to eat! If I could I wouldn’t even give it a star
I love Big Pink so much I had to visit twice. The atmosphere is full with amazing energy, the interior of the restaurant is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and super tentative which and I loved and appreciated the most. My friend and I food came over very quickly. The food tasted so good, best food i had out here in Miami. My overall experience was an 20/10. I highly recommend Big Pink.
This place is the jumpoff. It was crowded when I arrived. I was seated right away. The waitress Darling was great. The food is amazing. I ordered chicken and waffles with a mango smoothie. I enjoyed what I could and took the rest with me for later. I would definitely come back.
Had a morning walk along Collins Ave. looking for a good breakfast. We decided to try Big Pink diner. Great and helpfull staff that really cares about their customers. Lots of choices that are fairly priced. In our opinion a great american diner that serves great food.
Ordered the scrambled eggs and bacon with homestyle potatoes and honestly, I have never had scrambled eggs cooked so good... beautiful yellow colour and very tasty. Super delicious food. Service seemed quite poor in contrast to other restaurants (very impersonal )
Came in the early evening and it was a modest crowd with both indoor and outside seating. Hostess informed it was going to rain so eventually would bring outdoor patrons inside. Service was fast and efficient. They have so many people available to help serve, cleanup, bing dood out , etc that it should be a crime. Customer service beyond expectations. My waiter repeatedly asked if I needed anything. The menu is so substantial and full of good choices. I had a side salad with steak; ordered a Cobb salad with shrimp and sweet potato tots to go. The salad was huge and the house made ranch was superb. This was an excellent last minute dining choice to get out and do something different. This place is the casual of the restaurants in this series. Oh and don’t forget dessert. The huge chocolate chip cookie is enormous and loaded with chocolate chunks.
I love diners and this rates as one of my faves. A great breakfast in a buzzy restaurant/diner with the biggest pancakes I’ve ever seen.
Great staff, huge menu, ok to decent to good food. Huge portions, if you’re hungry and looking for a big meal at a decent price this place is a good option. Breakfast is best meal, pancakes, chicken and waffles and pancakes are good. Home fries and bacon are eh, soggy on both accounts. Good smoothies. Huge desserts. Pretty good but not great.
Does this place ever close? Just for a few hours… It’s an icon in the area; always busy, unless you’re me and show up @ 8:00am on a weekend! The food was good. My portion was a reasonable size (smaller than average American, which is a good thing). Service was good. Good vibe… they are open till 5:00 am and for good reason, it’s packed at 3-4 am! You’d probably want to visit to experience this iconic little spot.
This place is a must do when in the area. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was amazing and they have generous portions. The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had…..
