Never again — corporate places like this only serve to remind you how much better a local place actually is. Go somewhere better and reward those who value you.
Went there on Wednesday before Thanksgiving the lady behind the counter was rather rude to my younger brother and sister and my cousin
Yesterday, my friends and stopped by Ben & Jerry's as we wanted ice cream.However, we did not expect to encounter such rudeness from the lady behind the counter. She was extremely rude and condescending. After our very disappointing encounter, we went to Haagen Dazs on Lincoln Rd. Much better experience as they actually know how to treat their clientele.
Very disappointed in our experience. We have food allergies and have had wonderful service at other locations. However, this location owner was disgruntled about providing the most basic of accommodations to make our family comfortable. We will not be back.
Just finished walking down to this location only to find out they were closed before 9 pm.... Try 8:50

Just stopped in on May 6 at 8:30pm and the guy working was extremely rude so we left and went to Haagen dazs down the road where we had much better service
I went to their store and was bullied by a customer that cut in line, The guy at the register blatantly said, Whites are last. I asked what? and please repeat that as I got my cell phone out and said what? His reply was . I am kidding with a smile on his face. That is a racist act , If the company would not have done what they did, I would have gotten a soda and been happy

I did an order for delivery from here because my girlfriend like it, but they cancel my order without any advice. In my opinion they flavors are basically chocolate and strawberry base, nothing like italian gelato. Very disappointed.
