? Public dumpI placed my order on 5/31/2022 at 9:58am.- Worst BR I've ever been to, had to send back the sandwich I ordered because the coffee wasn't served in 33 minutes. That BR lacks a management that properly trains its team. A huge disorder prevails in that place, along with customers protesting the lousy service. To top it off, the bathrooms, floors and tables were dirty. That isn't the American way to do business. Everything mentioned here motivated me to request a refund of my money. I respect myself, I respect my time and my money. ?
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am standing in front of the door. It is 1:24 pm and the ladies have the door locked and not allowing me to come in to order.It says the store hours are until 2pmThis is false. These ladies are closing up shop.False hours of operations. This place needs new management and ownership
I would highly recommend that a person not waste their time walking to this place. We stayed at Mid Beach and walked over the bridge and realized they were closed. We checked Google and it closed at 2pm. No problem, odd hours to close but it was our bad for not checking.However, we planned lunch early the next day to get there with plenty of time. Arrived at 1:30pm, well be before 2pm and they had already locked the doors and turned the lights off. I saw someone walking around inside. I understand they may be short-staffed due to covid but update the hours so people don't walk all that way for nothing. Bad experience.
Their Google listing says the store hours are 6am-3pm so when walked here from beach specifically to get ice cream and arrived at 2:33pm (well before closing time), was disappointed to find doors locked, lights off and no notice of different hours posted at entrance. Saw few staff inside cleaning up behind the counter so they probably closed up shop early and missed out on business. Too bad for them and us.
Wow the staff is horrible. I came with my two children yesterday and they were so slow to take my order. We finally sat down and two minutes later, at exactly 3pm, one of the staff members started sweeping the floor and yelled at us and another customer that they are closing and we had to leave. She was so rude. I didn’t get her name but short, skinny, and fake eyelashes. She shouldn’t be working in a place involving customers
I want to tell you how much my family and I love this store. We have been staying just a few blocks away for the summer and we have spent much time and much money here. BUT, they are severely short-staffed. The staff who do work here are frazzled, forget what you just told them, can't hear you anyway from behind their plexiglass enclosure. They just started closing at 4. But, the Dunkin app has no problem accepting orders online anyway and taking your money. And then you show up to pick you the wonderful things that you ordered and are crestfallen to see the doors locked and lights off. And your money? Well, who knows what will happen with that. This place is a potential gold mine. There are tourists walking back from the beach, depleted shoppers traipsing by and thirsty and hungry kids zipping by non-stop on their scooters. There is a big bus stop right in front of the store and a nail salon next door with people who would be glad to sip on a coffee as they groom. It frustrates me that there isn't better staff at this branch to help all the customers who would be happy to pop in for something yummy. What a waste. It's sad also to see people turned away from this store often for the long lines, for bad service or because they randomly started closing early. Could you get your act together please, Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins of 41st ST???
Store doesn’t have hours posted on door. Walked in at 5:50 and a man who was placing an order was notified not in the most pleasant way that the store closes at 6. He was there with his wife and about 5 children, they were all eating ice-cream. So he said, ok I won’t order anything else. I was taken my order in a rush. The waffle cone I paid .89 cents extra for was stale and hard, they were out of what we wanted which was vanilla and cookies and cream. These are very popular flavors so I’m pretty sure they had more in the back but anyway we were stuck getting chocolate. Just as we were putting these in our mouth the lady asked us if we wanted napkins and walked us to the door. My son hated his an threw it out. Mine was too big so I couldn’t eat his. Anyway we don’t eat ice cream in the car so we were standing right outside eating our ice creams and made a mess because of course outside standing with no access to spoons or more napkins was just not what we expected. While standing there we witnessed 2 families with children come to door to be dissapointed to see the place closed. Hours I. Website say this is open 24 hrs. Please fix. The young employee was on a personal video call at one point, while your store was still full. That’s not very professional. In summary this place has a lot to work on. 1 start.
This store staff was not accommodating. They close the store 15 minutes early then the specified closing time. NO customer service mindset at all.
Terrible service! The staff were eating ice cream rather than waiting on customers, both incoming and outgoing...ownership should do themselves a favor and pay an unexpected visit.
The store closes earlier than what it shows at Google.
