We had an amazing night last Wednesday. It was their “Unplugged Party” and we really enjoyed the group. The singer was just amazing she had a great energy she lit the place up ! Really great place to come with friends really great Food. Everything we ordered tasted so good. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed the whole experience! I definitely recommend if your looking for a good dinner and a great time !

From the host, super attentive waiter, incredibly entertaining performers & DJ to the bartender (The blond Italian to be precise) absolutely everything was excellent. The bartenders passion fruit tequila was incredibly balanced aromatic and fresh however the truffle pasta was the queen of the night (it didnt hurt either that the "not so terrible looking chef" came out to shave the fresh truffle in front of us lol)

Worst sattelite event venue for Bitcoin 2022, if you are in town for the conference avoid this place!

The ambiance is amazing. The food is beyond terrible. I was so disappointed. The appetizers were extremely over priced and the steak I ordered medium was well done and with out any flavor and chewy. Bill was 5000$ for 10 people. I can't even begin to say how terrible the food was.

the vibe here was as if i was inside of a restaurant while inside of a nightclub, what a fun time and great atmosphere.

After placing a 2-week advance reservation for 8 pm last night and then dealing with the difficulty of navigating Miami traffic plus calling them at 8:05 pm to say my party was on our way and would be late, we arrived at 8:20 pm and were informed that we lost our seating. We were then told to wait and sit at the bar since we were placed on the waiting list. We could not be seated at a table even when one opened up because 1 last late party member had not yet arrived. He arrived at 8:40 pm. We were plied with alcohol at the bar for an hour and 45 minutes as we waited. I then asked the bartender when the kitchen closed and was told 11 pm. My response to the bartender was when would we get a table and he assured me we would. Soon after he spoke to management, not the initial surly head hostess that informed us of our seating status, but another hostess came over and said we would not be given a table that evening.I have been a loyal patron of Bagatelle, from my initial experience in St. Barts and then the former Miami location on multiple occasions, New York, and a missed visit to the one in Dubai. After this experience, I'm resolute and won’t make the mistake and book here again. Disappointment abounds and now that they are located in the Ritz Carlton only solidifies how they are poised to operate in an arbitrary and capricious manner even with formally loyal customers.P.S. For a company that claims to be family-oriented, I am beyond let down. One of my fondest memories at the former Bagatelle Miami is a large family and friends dinner there with my dad who is no longer with us. I purposefully booked this dinner to create new memories with my close friends and being from out of state only heightened the disappointment. The front of house that manages the seating not only lacks civility and compassion but has no engagement skills and leaves much to be desired. I'm moving on.

Had a big Birthday party with 12 guests, had fun. The Bagatelle experience is all about Bottle service… lol. Music was just OK, too Spanish for my taste, Food was good, service was great, super pricey, with staff seeming not happy with getting you a menu for food or bottle prices. Music is loud after 10pm, can’t really talk. Would definitely go again, was a good time. But you will pay big for the good time.

Great place to celebrate an important day

I was so disappointed and insulted when I visited Bagatelle Miami on January 21, 2022 for my birthday. I was interested in visiting the Miami location because I love love love their location in Dubai. The Miami Bagatelle was underwhelming as far as the food, entertainment, and ambiance compared to Bagatelle Dubai, but that’s not why I am rating them 1 star, I’m rating them 1 star because I received the most horrendous disrespectful service ever. The prices were listed on the menu, but the ignorant nasty/nice classless waitress named ANISSA B kept saying “ I recommend xyz, it’s probably more in your budget” she kept recommending items based on her preconceived thoughts of what I could afford, she did this about three times, the micro aggression was extremely evident …. and yes you guessed it I’m a BLACK WOMAN who was dining with another woman of color. Now if I would have called her out on it they would peg me as the angry hostile black woman….Such a waste of an establishment ….the staff needs a class in etiquettesPS- to the “Bagatelle Family/Group” no need to respond to this review with your generic insincere apology, keep it

Wonderful food and service. Our waiter was excellent and the food was authentic French cooking. But the atmosphere was extremely loud.
