We did not do the omakase in Hiden but the prix fixe in the Main Dining room. The room felt cramped and the huge fake cypress tree didnât make it better. Noise level was high, so not a good romantic spot. The prix fixe was 5 courses including dessert but was good value but there two main issues. One, serving sizes were way off from generous salad course which continued to entrees. Actual dishes also were high/low. The wagyu beef main entree was only fair and way undercooked. Finally, items were listed in the menu as attractive â lobster tempura, king crab fried rice ($35 supplement) â but we werenât really sure there was any substantial lobster or king crab in those dishes. Azabu at best was fair, would likely not compete with others (Osaka, Novikov, Zuma, Komodo)â¦. Service was however great but we wonât go backâ¦
From Pablo the manager to Kyoko our server, everything was excellent. Kudos for constantly providing an amazing experience. Went there 2 days in a row, which is saying much in a city like miami with dozens of amazing restaurants.
Very enjoyable night. A fantastic server and fantastic food. Our favourite meal in Miami, beating Nobu.

Sat at the bar and received exceptionally poor service. Food ok but definitely not Michelin star quality and they were out of the wine we wanted, which was pretty bush league. Given the quality of the service and the average nature of the food and the poor wine menus management itâs hard to understand how this place deserves a star. Will not go back.
They were very polite, they have multiple little sections so you can choose your lighting/ambiance.
Odd location , great sushi and just average pork belly.

Expecting Michelin level food, sushi rolls were fine but not exceptional, eggplant with miso excellent, crab fried rice very good and a donut dessert excellent. Service excellent, nicely decorated and pleasant, nice location
Waitress was so pleasant and kind. Great experience. Food was amazing and we ordered the donuts for desert super yummy.
