I was so excited about going to the Arkadia Grill when reading it was a top pick That excitement quickly went down when we walked into the dark restaurant. Overpriced food is expected when eating inside a resort hotel, but the food should at least be wroth the money. A nacho appetizer, two burgers, one Caesar Salad and $145 later I was disappointed. We ordered the appetizer, which came out AT THE SAME TIME as our meal - even though we told the waiter we would START WITH the nachos. My burger had gristle in it. My daughter’s cheeseburger came minus the cheese. What is most frustrating about this experience is that we asked the waiter if we could charge the bill to our room but pay his tip in cash. He said “yes, and thank you so much.” An hour later I looked at the receipt in the room (where I had light) only to notice they added 20% gratuity/service charge. I think the waiter should have mentioned that when we wanted to give him his tip in cash. That, in my opinion was misleading. That’s on me for not looking at the bill and straining my eyes to read the receipt. Anyway, Nachos, Salad, and two burgers ended up costing a total of $175 after leaving the unnecessary $30 additional tip. Personally, would not recommend this restaurant - even though it has such high ratings.
The food was fast, hot, delicious. Server recommended great options. Portions were more than shareable. Ordered Caesar Salad and Porkstore pizza. Omg amazing!! Reminds us of NYC PIZZERIA.
for a salad and medium sized pizza - $70 dollars with no drinks. Burgers were even more and not very large for the price
First, it is inside of the fountainebleu hotel . They have decent menu, great food and service. The presentation is very typical for a high scale restaurant. The server was very polite and was also making sure we were good. For the price, I wouldn’t spect anything less. I did not try pizza because it’s obviously not a pizza place (grill/bar), but we tried different dishes and they were all top. I would recommend this place to anybody staying at the hotel or the Eden roc. Their alcohol menu is limited, but the actual selection is good. Plenty of space and tables. I would recommend to reserve unless you want to seat at the bar. A+
I enjoyed breakfast here, the food was good and the servers were very friendly. They cooked my eggs perfect. Over medium! Variety menu with healthy choices also.
The wings were excellent as well as the Palomas Sheyla prepared for us, she told us to check out Arcadia pool party which we could see from the bar, she also highly recommended liv. We are celebrating a birthday so we will have to go! Thanks Sheyla for the great time and also Pizza and Burger for the delicious pizza and wings! We’re coming back for Sheyla’s Palomas!
I came here with my husband as he was craving a burger. We decided to sit at the bar where we were promptly greeted by Sheyla. We asked for recommendations, I wanted healthy and my husband not so much. She said for him to get the Bleau Burger and I cannot remember The name of the salad but it was with quinoa and avocado and she recommended to add shrimp, the food was delicious. She also prepared us delicious Old Fashions as those are our favorites, we loved out experience thanks to Sheyla’s wonderful service and recommendations, she also mentioned A Hakkasan for dim sum and LaCote for outdoor dining to have ocean view. Wow! Thanks for letting us know what to do for a romantic getaway in Miami Beach! This was more than we expected, thank you Sheyla!
Two people within our group ordered burgers. One was ordered medium and one medium rare and they were both past well done. Our pizza was disappointing as well. We live in a small town and our local pizza and burger restaurants are so much better. I don’t give bad reviews normally but I just wanted other people visiting the area to not be deceived since this restaurant is located within higher end accommodations.
We had the nachos and pork store pizza both were amazing very fresh ingredients and the staff was very friendly Francisco V was our waiter and he was very attentive.
First off, I ordered the calamari for the appetizer. The calamari was served with 2 dipping solaces which were delicious. There was a crispy texture and a lemon on the plate for the juices which added a nice flavor. For my entree I had the classic pizza which had 6 large slices. The crust was very thin and had lots of cheese on top. The crust was nice and fluffy. I waited about 25 minutes before being seated which wasn’t to bad because of the lovely atmosphere I sat in. Once I was seated, we noticed games that were available to play at the table for no additional charge. There was battleship, jenga, and connect 4. The seats are very comfortable and the waiters were very kind.
