The BaconEgg and Cheese sandwich with the chipotle Mayo was really good! I ordered a latte, which was more hot than I’d like, but the coffee itself was pretty decent. Cute little spot with friendly staff. I recommend!
I don't know how they managed to make a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich extraordinary, but they did! When my wife and I went, the whole city block suddenly experienced a power outage! But the staff continued with a smile and did what they could to make everything great. My only critique is that they have the wrong name: it should be "An amazing Eggstaurant!"
I appreciate the fact that they actually open at 6am for breakfast in South Beach. Other places opened at 8am or later. I got a bacon and cheese sandwich. There was enough bacon on the sandwich, the cheese was rich and the bun was soft and buttery. My husband said his egg waffle and turkey sausage was good, too.
Instead of going out to breakfast this morning, we brought breakfast to us at the hotel. Ordered from Uber eats. It's a little more eggspensive then I'm used to paying, but I guess that's what Miami is. Food arrived quickly and warm. The driver brought the order right to my door. The person who prepared the order wrote a cute little note on the bag. I appreciate little things like that.The food was good. I got the sobeeg. Crispy bacon, cheese, chipotle ketchup on a warm brioche bun. Eggs were a little runny just how I wanted. Brioche bun was warm and delicious. They gave my wife the wrong sandwich. We will probably not order from here again because of that. Would have gotten a 4 star if not for that mistake.
Went to a simple eggstaurant on our last day of vacation and so glad we came here! The sandwiches and drinks were so good! If your around the area looking for a good breakfast sandwich spot this is it !
Quite a few veg options, including the delicious "sobegg" which had a delicious sauce and very fluffy eggs and bun. Iced coffee was great, too and the outdoor seating was nice :)
Just ordered the Sobeeg Sandwich. Best egg sandwich in South Beach. Egg was perfect, amazing sauce and the buns are out of this world. 10 stars!
Fairly inexpensive for the area and taste great. We ordered ahead and it was ready when we got there. We ate at a table outside before walking to the beach. We had the bacon egg and cheese english muffin, the bacon egg cheese and avocado sandwich and ok for just over $20.
The problem with this place is that when it gets a bit busy, they cannot handle it. Only 2 employees, so waiting time can go really quick up to 30-40 minutes to just get your simple egg-sandwich. Great concept, but add staff between 8-11AM!
Food is very good. It’s not a French place as is mentioned in the description. We are French bye the way. It is good we’ll prepared American breakfast food with a twist. All made to order.
