Venu is nice, but I was there during a Miami Swim Week Fashion Show, and the venu service was all over the place and didn't seem to know what was going on or communicate well in the organization. People with reservations were standing and waiting for up to an hour because random people were sitting in reserved tables. We watched servers running back and forth & pass by us for about 20 minutes before we got frustrated and finally stopped somebody to ask if they could get us a server. After that it took another 20-25 minutes just to get water & order drinks. Our food which was basic because the menu is super small took forever. We didnt get our food until the place was already closing. We had to rush to eat and it was very awkward sitting there while people were cleaning and closing down. I understand the even had an impact on service but with events like this the venu should be prepared and organized.
You shouldn't give out reservations to this restaurant less than one hour before it closes. We got there at 7 and everything was shutting down. No time to eat or enjoy. Why even seat people at that time? It doesn't make sense. Menu could be expanded and improoved as well.
Margaritas were not very good. Everything else was great.

Love it here. So cute and great atmosphere. Where we were sitting was a little harder to get the waiter’s attention but not too bad.
