Understaffed and poorly managed. I’ve never heard a manager yell so much in a single interaction. Yelling at the one employee in the kitchen to hurry up, yelling at the customer behind me for having too many orders on their ticket in the drive through. Apparently there is a two meal limit people are supposed to honor. All that yelling you’d think the food would at least be decent but the fries were cold and we didn’t get straws. There is no reason there should only be three workers in the whole restaurant and only one actually making food. Wendy’s should do good business or none at all because this is a disservice to everyone involved.
Wendy's was there for me when no other restaurant was, in the daze of confusion of all the Mexican restaurants being closed early for Cinco de mayo, Wendy's was there shimmering in the night, a beacon of hope and nutritional misconduct.For real though, staff was super friendly and accommodating and made the ordering process itself fun ?, even at 10pm at night! The food is great too, can't go wrong with Wendy's.
I called Wendy's after not receiving part of my order and them putting salt on fries fries that I asked them not to as my husband cannot have any. They said it would be fine they would put my name in the book to replace it when I went back in the manager that night was disgusting she told me she did not have my name down and she was not going to give me any of my food replacements. Sad she is manager
Went to grab a sandwich the drive though was around the building, no biggie went inside. 4 people ahead of me. They order my turn, its packed they are jamming casher says I dont want to back up the kitchen need a few to catch. Ok cool no worries. 2 maybe 3 minutes later she takes my order. Food comes out wrong kind of chicken. No huffing or puffing from either side. They make the correct sandwich. I went home to eat. It was 1pm on a Friday they were busy really busy. They were still pleasant smiling and kicking butt in that kitchen. Just wanted to say great job!!!!
Food was good the staff was nice, but this place is just plain dirty. The dinning room was filthy. The kitchen area very dirty. Which I won't go in to details about! I understand about being short staffed, but when you have staff that is just standing around. You have a staff that can be cleaning! No excuses!
My husband and I went to this Wendy's location in Merrit Island and was very disappointed in what we saw... We went through the drive through and as we were waiting at the window for our food we noticed one of the employees use his teeth to open the syrup refill for the soda machine... It was in his mouth and then he just loaded it in the machine, no gloves, no mask, all in a pandemic. We politely asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
They were busy and understaffed, but they did such a great job serving us in their nice, new dining room. Great attitudes and smiles. Pleasantly surprised!
They have a lot of good meals here, but the people inside don't have gloves or masks...
Order was fast but everything was extremely cold. Even the inside of the double patties. Fries were like they weren't cooked all the way and extremely cold. Wouldn't answer the phone after we called a few times. Didn't have a good experience at all other than the drive thru person was extremely nice.
My other half and I both got the jalapeno popper bacon cheese burgers (which were AMAZING,! A must try especially if you like spicy food.) He got spicy chicken nuggets. I got the regular chicken nuggets with a junior chocolate frosty for dipping. Food was great. Fries were hot. Not a long wait in the drive thru. Courteous staff that didn't get annoyed when I changed my drink 2 times. (I'm pregnant, making my mind up isn't the easiest at the moment lol.)
