Love their soft serve. Great place for a sweet treat. The employees are always friendly. You can get a "pup cup" for your dog too!
We drove up on a Sunday at 9:45pm (they close at 10pm) and had never been there before, so we were THOSE customers tonight. The server was kind and patient, made the perfect suggestion right away (and we’re not picky) - he was so friendly. If he was tired he sure didn’t show it. Earned two new regular customers! (Give that kid a raise!)Delicious!!!
Read the reviews so we thought we would give it a try. I ordered the hot fudge sundae. They charge you $6 for essentially the same size $1 sundae you can get at McDonalds and it tastes the same. We had to ask and send it back to get the whipped cream and cherry which the menu says is included. They said they forgot. Lol. Come on. This was a one try and never going back. I will save the $5 bucks at McDonalds.

Was super excited to try their creations as they were highly rated and are a small chain. Everyone loved their ice cream but I ordered a birthday cake twist that tasted like cheesecake almost when that isn't on the menu.
Received ice cream cups that were only half full. Also I ordered 4 separate things, asked for a loyalty card and was told you only get one stamp per visit. I would then recommend ordering separately for each item you buy so you can actually use the loyalty program as specified on the card.

The ice cream here is absolutely delicious! The bang for your buck…not so much. The last couple of times We went here the serving size was like a kiddie cone and the ice cream in the sundaes was almost nonexistent. Felt very ripped off. The kids working there could have cared less to wait on us. Not quite understanding their loyalty program either. I purchased 2 ice cream cones and 2 sundaes but was told I only get one punch for that. I guess we should have paid separately to qualify for additional punches on our card. We don live on Merritt Island so make a special trip to go here. Guess I will look for a new favorite ice cream shop. Three stars for the delicious ice cream.
Decided to drive to MI last night to what use to be our fav ice cream spot. And its not like we don't have a good ice cream shop 5 min from our house that will most likely become our regular spot. We sat in the drive thru for almost 30 min and after we all decided what we wanted we went to the window only to be told literally 4 of the items we wanted were not available so everyone quickly changed their orders. We order super simple items and we were very disappointed. The large sundaes were literally a quarter of the the size they use to be and the caramel syrup bc theywere out was maybe a tbsp.and maybe 4 little pieces of pecan on top. Huge disappointment. And they accidentally gave us a small and we ordered all large and that was a joke. My 2 year old grandson would have begged for more. It looked to be about a quarter of a cup of ice cream. It's a shame yall are ripping people off. Just go up on price a little dont take away quality
I am thru with this place. Every time we go it takes at least 20 minutes even with only one car in front. Today there was one truck in front of me. We timed it, well over 20 minutes. My wife got frustrated and went to the window to get her ice cream but then we still had to wait for the car in front of us to move to let us out. After they left we asked the worker and he said it was a couple of shakes. I don’t care, they need to tell people to pull ahead or something. Also, oc you buy a large you will be disappointed as they only fill it half way. I will NEVER go to that store again.
