Fish and chips were pretty good, chicken wrap was also enjoyed. Service was good and ambiance is nice overlooking the water. Definitely a bar atmosphere.
The Boom Boom Shrimp is incredible! [my favorite] the Blackened Mahi-Mahi and Grouper Bites are delicious! the fish is delicate and Flaky, the housemade onion rings are my favorite appetizer, the view of the river is very relaxing, Plus the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating, it's a great little place on the water, reminiscent of the old Florida Beach style establishments I grew up frequenting and loved dearly but so rarely find nowadays.
My wife and I visited the Island Waterfront Bar and Grill for a quick snack and some drinks. We had a good time. The service was excellent, the drinks were yummy, and we enjoyed our grouper sandwich and Cuban sandwich. We will be back.

Most of the negative reviews are from people with 1-3 reviews. Must be northerners!! Instead of leaving bad reviews, go to the chain restaurants you rave about. This is a great local place to eat. Kick back and enjoy the view. Food is always good. Service is fantastic. Everyone is friendly.
Went to Dolphins Bar and Grill today for the first time for appetizer and drinks. Mid afternoon visit. Our waitress Hayley was really great! She was prompt and kept checking on us.The restaurant is beautiful. Love the view!We will be going back frequently. Can’t wait to take our family when they come to visit.
Service was terrible. Were told to seat ourselves and then nobody ever came to our table. We sat outside and waited awhile because it was crowded. It sits on the edge of the water but the whole outdoor area smelled like sewage. After about 15-20 minutes of breathing that in and waiting, we left. Can’t speak to the food as we never got any. There are much better places around.
This place sits on the water. They have indoor, outside covered and outdoor dining. The place has a dive look. Good menu and prices.
I love the staff here, they are practically family to me. Every time I go in to eat and drink I'm greeted with a smile and amazing service every time. Even on busy days when the kitchen may be understaffed. I always tip my waiters and waitresses excellent for their hard work, and I've spread the word of their amazing establishment to all my contacts around the United States! I 100% recommend this place.
