A bunch of degenerates working at this Taco Bell. Always skimping on the food and messing up orders. My sister phoned in to report that the order was incorrect and they told her to stop wasting their time??? How presumptuous. You should know people only eat at this Restaurant out of desperation. The orders are always wrong. Please also note that we are paying customers. The food is not FREE and these delinquents should not be serving at any restaurant nor should they even be allowed to handle food. Can't even get making a taco right. I don't understand how most of you survived infancy. Just goes to show how very sad this world is.
Got our order wrong. Things were missing and items were not correct (veggie items had meat).To add insult to injury, I also found a hair in my food. I know the bar is not high for Taco Bell but still disappointed
We decided to grab tacos after a concert so we went to our favorite fast food place. It was late and there was a line at the drive thru but we hung in thereThe lady taking the orders was named Chanel and she was a doll. She was so busy but so friendly and nice and our visit could not have gone better.Chanel and the crew was there late at night so we all could enjoy a snack and we were so appreciative for them. Please say an extra thank you when you go to these places. Every restaurant I know of is short handed right now and yet the folks who are working are picking up the slack. It's hard, thankless work most of the time so let them know how much you appreciate them for being there.Thanks Chanel for being awesome and thank you Taco Bell for a great product and for your wonderful employees.Take care and thankful eatingRick W
Honestly wish I could leave a no star review for one. Y’all are the only Taco Bell that doesn’t have dine in, not that we could dine in since one door has no handle and the other doors are locked. And secondly your the only fast food place that can’t use two cards for the same order. What century are we in?!? We are done going to this Taco Bell it’s never worth it!! :(
HIGHLY unsatisfied!! 32 dollars later with COLD and stale tacos AND cinnabon bites! (also cold and some missing) Mind you, the sad part is.. This location is right up the road from my friends home! We tried several times to get ahold of them and no answer! Every time i have called i get the busy tone! NEVER AGAIN will i EVERRRRRRR order from this POOR excuse of a restaurant again! ? they even forgot the sauce ? While I’m not upset about the food on this visit I certainly have something to say about the personal music choice the employees are playing here. The “Trap” “Rap” Raunchy Hip-Hop music is something that I wouldn’t dare let my child listen to. I get everyone has their own personal musical choices and likes, however playing music with questionable language and messages isn’t something I’d see Taco Bell as a company endorsing in any manner. I’ll certainly rethink coming in for food, especially with my child.
It's Taco Bell. It's good, cheap, and the staff are very friendly. It's become a regular spot after I got the app, and I don't regret it.
Where's the beef!? Those old enough will remember that ad. It seems to apply to Taco Bell now! Open my taco to add sauce and that was my thought. It'd be one thing if this happened once, but this has happened my last 3 visits.
2nd time this has happened..... I guess I gotta go to another place for tacos.... plus messed up the order....didn't get what we ordered. So check your order before you leave the drive thru.... I contacted the HQ for taco bell.... so we will see what happens....
This taco bell has always been so fast and efficient. Me and my wife have has several bad experiences at the taco bell on clear lake rd in cocoa so we start driving extra to come here. They do not disappoint! Love this location!
