A great place as a drive in as well as to sit down and relax with coffee and eats. A very cozy indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangement. Nice overall.

Way to expensive. $5 for a cup of very strong caramel coffee. I ended up bringing home and mixing 1/2 with hot water so it was drinkable. May be just me but coffee was undeniable until deleted. Staff was friendly, quick service

Asked for a tall decaf latte. Was given what was now obviously not a decaf beverage with what was most likely a double shot of (full caff) espresso. I am sensitive to caffeine, and have been dealing with the side effects from this “oversight” for hours. I am a breastfeeding mother and had to pump and dump so as not to pass this on to my small baby. This location has messed up my order multiple times (usually wrong or missing food items) but I did not complain because it was not this egregious. People that ask for decaf, ask for it for a reason. It is downright dangerous to give someone with caffeine sensitivity a regular drink.This was the last nail in the coffin, I will drive up the road to the other Merritt Island location from now on. Just posting this to warn anyone that wants a decaf beverage, you need to skip this location.

January 23rd at 5:51pm I placed a mobile order as I was on my way to that location. I get there earlier than my order pickup time so I sat outside in the parking lot so they didn't feel like i was being impatient. While I was there a young lady was cleaning up outside and when she went in she locked the door behind her. I thought that was weird and thought maybe they just close the lobby for cleaning as there was no signage on the door and everything stated they closed at 8pm. So I decided to go through the drive-thru, but i got over to the drive-thru and there was a sign stating that they would be closed from 1/23 to 1/24. At this point I called them because there were visibly people in the store. A nice sounding person answered and informed me that the manager had decided the store needed to close early. Seems odd for a corporate store. They offered to transfer my order at no charge to a location 15 minutes away, but I just wanted a refund at that point because I chose the location I did for convenience, and that's the opposite direction of where I was going and I didn't want to drive back that far. She said that refunds aren't an option because of the way the app works and its not run by them (which is understandable). I asked if they could transfer it to the target location since that was closer and they said that they would call them and let them know that we would be coming by to pick it up. I get to target and the lady behind the counter seems lost even though she knew what I was talking about. She very grumpily made the order but made sure that I was aware that that shouldn't have happened and they shouldn't have made pickup there an option for me. Maybe turn off your ecommerce ordering system before you shut a store down so that customers don't have to drive around for a drink since refunds aren't readily available as an option. 3 stars because the staff is always friendly. But otherwise slightly annoyed by the situation and would have given less if i had never been to the location before.

Normally go through the drive-thru, today sat there for 5 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Got tired of waiting left and decided to go into the store, doors were locked. It was only 3:30 in the afternoon. The person was behind me in the Drive-Thru got service

This is a brand new Starbucks that I was super excited for since it's fairly close to home, and it lived up to every expectation and then some! Every staff member is super nice and have great drink recommendations. I've never had a bad experience at this location!

It was a line around the building. And maybe 3 people inside enjoying their orders. The batistas looked like a well oiled machine. Great communication and amazing customer service.

Despicable, uncaring management and "staff"!It gives me no pleasure to write this negative review as I do not dislike Starbucks or their product.These "managers" and "shifts" act as though they are members of a coven, treating partners as though they are the ultimate disposable commodity and operate from positions of extreme prejudice! The managers (In particular C.ar..y - you know who you are!), use threatening and intimidatory techniques, in order to "motivate" their team members. If you work there, avoid reaching out to upper tier management as they pay no attention and in fact endorse the conduct of their abusive lower level minions!To provide context: I have a son who worked there who had his hours stolen along with sustaining intimidation and abuse by these "leaders". Consequently, it would be remiss of me not to bring a public awareness to the community, other concerned parents and colleagues who are unaware of these abusive personalties who are apparently beyond accountability.

I was so grateful that they took my order at 7:59, just before I got on the highway for a long drive. I didn't know that closing time was 8 because they were very courteous... Taking my order while emptying a supply truck. Outstanding service! Thank you?
