Acknowledging there is a person waiting to give you their hard earned money should be your number 1 priority, not trying to fix it after they call you because they waited over 2 minutes without any form of acknowledgement. Thank you for trying to fix it by offering a free beverage, but I'll pass. Take training from the other locations on Merritt Island to remember how to treat customers
I love when I pull up to place my normal daily order only to find out they have drastically hiked the prices up. I could understand a 10 or 20 cent bump on a coffee order but not 50 cent increase on a $2.50 coffee.
Always efficient and accurate! I have been coming here way too often over the last year and they keep me coming back. It definitely helps that Starbucks had the 4500 star promotions. Ive really been enjoying my coffees and this is my daily escape from work? My favorites are the matcha lattes and the brown sugar oatmilk espresso.
After getting a medicine ball drink from the starbucks drive thru for my mom who’s not feeling well I dropped it in the elevator going up to her condo. I felt terrible so I went back to get other one but this time I went inside to order it and the girl at the counter was so sweet. I laughed about dropping it on myself and she immediately told me it would be on the house. Things like that set this Starbucks customer service above the rest. I wish I got her name but she was young with blonde hair. Thank you again!!
Friendly, knowledgeable people work here. They know their coffee, and it can be a solid pickup. I get a 'Trenta' Cold Brew, and it's a killer Cold Brew for less than $5. Normally not a Starbucks fan, but it's great when you want it.
Friendly and efficient service! Nice, clean open space. My latte was ready in seconds even though there was a big drive through line. This crew is serious about getting it done!
Wow! Terrible service.I have never encountered such rude staff before. Is customer service even valued anymore? I had 1 question to ask the starbs window girl and she mouthed to me “I can’t hear you” and shook her head. ? (I guess never mind)I understand you have orders however, you can and are allowed to simply take the ear piece out or have someone else listen for you.Why ask if you want food items hot?The banana bread I received was still in the plastic wrapper. I found that to be Interesting.Good job girl because my business will be taken elsewhere.
ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS Top-notch customer service in 'getting it right' (or doing their best tryin')... I've never been a Starbucks regular but this location has made me one (almost daily)!
Very busy location. Staff was good and greeted every customer walking in. Typical Starbucks products so no issue if you like what they serve.
Horrible. Wrong drink and felt like it was my fault. I love Starbucks, but I will not step foot in this one again.
